We spent a memorable family evening yesterday in the capable hands of Marina and Mathieu. Everything from the delicious and original cuisine to the attentive service to the decor warm but modern and the subtle musical score was on point. It's not every day that I hear my family shower the guests with praise between each service, nor hear them say that not only was it worth it/cost ;), but that the shared experience will be remembered for a long time beyond the moment spent together. I was eaten with my girlfriend last Saturday at 7:30 p.m. Superb welcome from Marina, very nice table of choice, we were very well placed in the restaurant. The menu is presented simply when you read it, but when you taste it, you can very well detect the flavors that are listed on the menu. Everything was simply amazing. The experience... every bite is delicious. With Mathieu the chef to come and describe his dishes to us with the help of Marina, I love it! From start to finish, what a good time spent at Miranel, thank you very much!

Le Myranel is a haute cuisine restaurant located in Deschambault, one of the most beautiful villages in Quebec. There were four of us that evening (a dreary Saturday in November) and had the restaurant to ourselves. The cause of this lack of traffic: the kitchen hood had broken. Despite this problem, chef-owner Mathieu Janes insisted on honoring our reservation.
We all opted for the tasting menu with wine pairing. We were amazed by the freshness and quality of the dishes concocted by Mathieu and served expertly by his partner (and co-owner) Marina: superb presentation of the dishes, inventive flavors using local products and harmony of the dishes. service with food. It was the chef himself who introduced and explained each of the dishes to us. Many of the magnificent wines tasted are private imports.
Results: We all loved our evening at Myranel (meal duration: 3h30). This was our first visit and it won't be our last. I recommend the Myranel without reservation. Mathieu and Marina are two young, passionate entrepreneurs full of promise.
