And when you tell them they argue with you even if you show what's missing on your receipt Food is always cold, hashbrowns and wedges are always too cooked. Overall a very bad place to stop at

I paid for a GREAT French vanilla... I received my glass 3/4 full... very disappointed to have paid $4.01 for what barely amounts to a medium!
Undercooked bagel bread. The employee didn't say that there was no sesame bagel left and gave us another multi-grain bagel without asking. Communication between employees NIL. Ring NOT cut. LONG service. Madame has glasses who chews her eraser with her mouth open. Zero professional. Only the donut was good.

We just visited there and brought coffees, there is an old women (i don't know her name) who is at cash counter, she is really nice I ordered an ice coffee with extra cream and base, first she make an ice coffee and gives me to taste and, and ask if the coffee tastes good, that was really nice other than that we don't know French she tries her best so we can communicate, she is really nice.
