Worst waitress ever (the shorter one) 1 1/2 hours later and no food except soups. No communication, no explanation, nothing. We left without eating. The only other waitress (the taller one) on this night said it was our fault?We ordered many entrées including sushi. Apparently takeout sushi takes precedence over in house sushi and nothing comes out before the sushi. Restaurant policy????So you wait and wait and wait and get nothing. Your waitress fails to inform you of this policy even if you told her to bring the food as it is ready, no preference as to what comes first. But again, it was our fault, not hers according to this other waitress .We have been clients for over 10 years and although the food is consistently good, the service has consistently declined. It will eventually be their downfall.....too bad.

Visiting from Vancouver, one of best sushi restaurants that I've tried in Quebec. The presentation was awesome and the sushi was fresh, not to mention the miso soup was superb, staff was friendly and attentive would highly recommend Lotus to my friends.

The sushi is so good! Definitely the best in the region! They are fresh, I recommend!!My favorites are avocado, veggie and Quebec. The imperial rolls are also very good as well as the wonton soup.

I had the shrimp with peanut sauce and unfortunately it wasn't very good. It looked like a few cubed shrimp and mushrooms had fallen into peanut soup. The service was long and a bit chaotic, but I think the waitress was new.

After 2 years of ordering almost every week, I was really disappointed with the service today. I've always had the habit of ordering a pre-defined combo and changing 1 or 2 items that I don't like, even if it means paying extra for it. However, today I was refused it. Although I like their sushi, I had to cancel my order since I don't find it reasonable to buy sushi that I wouldn't eat. I find it illogical to recreate the same combo individually with the exception of one or two kinds for almost double the price. In short, no customer satisfaction here.
