I had the impression that the famous 12 inch had lost weight if I rely on the 5 inch. that I ate and the bread took the spotlight because the quantity of meat and cheese was very meager.
But, I'm sometimes choosy 😋

Walked in at 9:50 the girl working said they were about to close and I said there is still 10 min left for closing which then a guy that idk if he worked there or not answering "oh nah it's closed bruh" then if it's closed why are you sitting there or why the door is open ?
I used to give a 20% tips all the time. Here is no coffee. No coffee- no tips.

THIS IS THE LAST TIME I TRY TO GIVE THEM $50. After spending time to order on the app, then driving there, "your order was cancelled because the ovens are... closed" !?!? At 8:40pm? Great job. As if it wasn't enough that every online order has always - and I mean ALWAYS - been wrong. "Sandwich artists" they aren't. Ha! They can't even toast the limited-option bread (2 in total) an hour and a half before closing time. On a Friday. Life's too short. Go elsewhere. I know I will.

I went to this branch this Friday, November 24, 2023 around 9:20 p.m.Little Lily who works there, WOW!She received us and took our order. Smiling from start to finish, despite the late hour we arrived.I have a cheese intolerance. I asked for extra bacon, but the container had a few bits of grated cheese inside. I kindly asked him if it was possible to have ends without cheese. Well, to my great surprise, she went to get slices from the bottom of the dish to be sure! First good impression.2nd good impression: Our 2 orders were perfect. No errors, no missing vegetables in our subs, well packaged.3rd good impression: We wanted to get some Orangeade Crush from the machine but there was none left. We gave her a note about it and she immediately took care of it. At some branches, at 9:30 a.m., the staff is sleeping quite a bit. But she! Really bright and helpful.In conclusion, our entire visit to this branch went well. We expected to be served by tired young people who give less effort at the end of the evening...but in the end, we received the warmest welcome in a Subway ever.Lily deserves a good little pat on the back for her work. Helpful, courteous, diligent, fast. I took it upon myself to leave her a good tip to thank her.I hope this note reaches her.

Very slow service. Since it is fast food, we expect to be served within a reasonable time (10 minutes). Although there were only 3 people in front of us, it took us 25 minutes to get our order.

I don't blame them because they all seemed like they were on their first day. The person to blame is obviously the owner or the manager because there was no one to train them. In addition 30 min to have my sandwich and arrive at the house that they are cold. Lack of professionalism of the person in charge I will never go back there again
