Had the worst experience a family member was choking and coughing and I asked for a glass of water they had me waiting and then asked me to pay... it's water and someone was choking. Shameless crew

I waited for 20 minutes in front of the place to order and the staff was passing in front of me with out taking my order. At least 4 costumers decided to leave. The girl was doing a big mess with the coffee on the floor and they never apologized for the wait. This place needs to be better and stop loosing client for mediocre service.

Just love the staff. They know me by name... Maybe a sign I drink too much coffee 😂 Foods good, fresh!

I'm giving one star because this morning I went to this Tim Horton's, I ordered a cappuchino and the coffee was bitter but only to a point. So I decide to go to another Tim Horton's to make the coffee again, because I didn't even have the coffee and sugar dosages met to my liking. Then the young man serving the other Tim Horton in Saint-Eustache on Arthur-sauvé is to be recommended, the employees are unacceptable and make the recipe adequately and requested.

Don't go to this Tim Horton's, it doesn't respect the recipes requested.

As per the hours, & newly renovated is supposed to be open until 11pm. Not true! I was there to go through the drive-thru, Monday 10:15pm 11/25/2024. No one to take our order. Drove up to the window of the drive-thru, no one in sight. Even went around to the door, locked. Knocked on the door, still no one in site. Pulled out my cell phone to find the telephone number, ring ring ring, no one picked up the call. I was one customer of at least 10 cars that went to the drive through this evening. If you say that you are open, then have staff in place to serve customers.

According to schedules, the newly renovated restaurant is supposed to be open until 11 p.m. Not true! I was at the drive-thru Monday 10:15 p.m. 11/25/2024. No one to take our order. I walked up to the drive-thru window, no one in sight. I even went to the door, which was locked. There was a knock on the door, still no one there. I took out my cell phone to find the phone number, it rings, it rings, no one answered the call. I was one of at least 10 customers who drove by this evening. If you say you're open, put staff in place to serve customers.

At 6pm doors were locked could not enter had to go through drive through , I walked there so no car , poor management , would not open front door to serve customers. Newly renovated and not enough staff , good job !!!

I went there 3 times this week, because the McDonald's is under renovation. Out of three orders, three errors. Including two times where I clearly specified: no original coffee, I really don't like it, is it dark roast? Twice I was told yes even though when I got on the highway, I realized that it was the original mixture which tasted like water, disgusting!! You've made me in a bad mood three mornings this week, that's enough, I'm going to go to McDonald's in St-Eustache instead!

It said they are open until 11 pm but the doors are locked by 7:45. I would use the drive through but there is always mistakes with my order.

Newly renovated. Beautiful appearance. The service counter: order, receive a number and wait for it to be displayed to collect. I don't like this type of Impersonal service.

I walk around a lot & good, fast and efficient service is rare!!

Really very disappointed with the quality of what I received. Timatin, bread torn into 3 pieces so difficult to eat, in addition, which has just come out of the bag, not toasted in any way, so really not pleasant to eat.
And unfortunately Tim Horton's does the same thing as McDonalds, the eggs have become smaller as well as the sausage ball which has become ridiculously thin.. it's nonsense. However, the price is not going down.
