j'ai appelé pour dire que le fromage de mes 2 pizzas avait tout glissé sur le côté et que les peperonnis+fromage étaient à peine cuits... la réceptionniste très gentille me dit qu'elle est désolée, que ce n'est pas la première fois qu'elle a ce genre de plaintes... le proprio me rappelle pour menguler et me dire que je ne sais pas c'est quoi une pizza ney yorkaise! qu'il est le plus gros resto en ville et qu'il s'en fou de ce que je dis! vraiment le service à la clientèle laisse à désirer!

I ordered a chicken poutine and my partner an all-dressed poutine...It was the worst poutine we have ever eaten!!Chicken poutine served without chicken but with pieces of breaded chicken croquettes!! The sauce was like brine (very very very salty) thick like mud!! This was the first time we ordered poutines from this restaurant!!I don't recommend poutine!But we have ordered pizza quite often and it is very good!!Please note that you must be explicit when placing your orders!!

Delivered for the students... couple of towns over. Kids were happy.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. If I could go minus 10… I wouldn’t hesitate. I spoke English and the girl hangs up on me. I call back to be like wth Is that about. Hangs up on me again. Call again, speak to the manager, he couldn’t care less, says to me it’s a personal problem. More like your prejudice against English folks here in Quebec. You obviously don’t care about the people you serve.

La poutine est bonne mais elle est chere, enplus il y a seulement moyenne et grosse, pas de petite. une petite poutine pour les gens ayant un plus petit apétit ferais pas de tord.
