we ordered online at 5:30, it was supposed to be ready at 5:55, we arrived at 6:05 and she hadn't even STARTED it. note that it was not a large meal, but 2 TWELVE INCHES!!! she started ordering at 6:10 and we had the meal at 6:20!!!. the counter was messy. I often go to this subway and the service is always the same. they are always out of stock of everything! the employee is stupid and cuts us off, often insulting us!

Worst customer service experience. We were the only ones in the restaurant and we had to wait a good 5 minutes before being served. Messy counter, lack of many choices of meats and vegetables.
