Worst pfk in all of Quebec. Opening hours are very rarely respected. He regularly runs out of chicken at ridiculous hours. Don't be fooled into eating here. When it finally opened, very long waits. Avoid!

Extremely long service, there is only one person to take orders inside and at the drive-thru and they don't even provide orders inside so they let you wait instead of warning you! Plus they don't even place orders with the specials announced but they don't tell you either and you only find out after 35 minutes of waiting... I don't even understand this place is still open, I would have given less than one star if it had been possible!

Seriously I think there are way too many stars for the place. I have been there several times, the employees are always very poorly organized. Extremely long delays, you receive your food and it’s cold. You order things displayed on the menu but our answer is that they don't make them. 45 minutes before having your meal. I even saw employees throwing food at each other in the kitchen or even arguing and shouting at each other. Frankly I don't understand why the owners still have this banner. I made a comment on the Facebook page and as a response I was blocked! No way to talk to manager or owner!
