We stopped by by chance during our getaway around Lac-Saint-Jean and we were not disappointed. Guylaine served us with a big smile and efficiency, the menu is simple, but perfect for a satisfying lunch before hitting the road again. Excellent quality/quantity/happiness/price ratio.

Bad service, pressured us to choose quickly, eat quickly, and pay quickly. No time to read the menu carefully, gave us just one for six. We arrived at 12:55 p.m., and closing is at 2 p.m. They should have told us they were closing if they felt rushed.

We were looking for a restaurant for lunch. Our criteria were cleanliness, quality and choice of food, quantity, price and service.

more than decent price

Note that this is a small neighborhood restaurant with a local clientele, a large clientele who also seem very loyal and for good reason.
If I return to Dolbeau-Mistassini I will not hesitate to return there.
Regarding the 5 stars, I probably would have given a 4 1/2 but since this option is not available I had to give 5 stars.
N.B. We were passing through Dolbeau-Mistassini for 2 days and we had lunch both times at this place!

Very good lunches!

food ok. Poor service.I come to get a take-out order, I wait at the small counter, the waitress makes her customers pay (even though I was there before) and that's when she turns to me and says: "it's what do you want toé?".... I regret having left some tip (I left some because she canceled my payment so that I could start the transaction again and leave some LOL)I will get my dinner elsewhere in the future :)
