I've been there several times and each time the staff is always very smiling, polite and helpful. The lady behind the counter (the one on the weekend, always very nice) takes the time to explain to us what might please us depending on what we want.

Smiling and very pleasant waitress. Ice creams are good there, as are hot drinks and other dishes.
However, a small downside in terms of prices, which I find high.
However, if we put this aspect aside it's really very good.
