I odered a bigmac,poutine,wraps and a blt quarter pounder. The forgot the bigmac and when I called to mention it, I got no answer. So I drove back 20 minutes to get it. They didnt disagree and gave it back and apologized. No compensation with a pocket pie.

Terrible service. They gave us a smoothie 3/4 full and told us that’s the amount they give they don’t fill it to the top like all the other Mc Donald do ! Terrible service and very bad attitude from the worker, very unprofessional customer service.

I find that this McDonald's has improved a lot recently in terms of efficiency. They have a large volume of orders to manage, it is always full... There are a lot of customers who are waiting in line and don't even know what they want; that's more the current problem. In short, to improve this aspect it should encourage more people to order with the application by giving more attractive incentives.

Today we refused to reheat my 5 month old baby's puree and milk. It’s against policy, I was told. It’s sure that baby food is a competition, let’s see! 🙃 it’s ridiculous knowing that it was originally a company for children! 2X well done gang of champions!
