We really wanted to eat KFC since it had been a long time. My boyfriend drove 30 minutes to get there. We ordered the 10 piece barrel with fries and popcorn chicken. We did not receive the popcorn chicken. We noticed this at home and what's more, the pieces of chicken were tiny. We were 4 adults and 2 young children. We calculated that 2 pieces per adult and 1 per child plus some popcorn chicken would be more than enough. But we were left hungry... Really disappointing! :(

I have just arrived from PFK, it was 7 p.m. and there was no one behind me so no "rush", I arrive at the window since the speaker is broken so first I ask for "3 pieces of chicken" and he edited the image since I wanted to be sure that it was the right kind, we received 5 pieces of spicy wings, see?!! Then I asked for 2 strips of chicken with fries, I opened my bag and the strips were not even cooked, literally white mole and the fries too!! The only thing I had that was OK was the gravy sauce! The only thing they obviously don't do themselves! Really disappointing and the service from the girl at the checkout! Ouff what can I say... stupid as her 2 feet and not smiling and in a hurry that I leave, barely look at the photos and ask myself what is in the photo because she knows zero of her menu even after having him clearly said and show she didn't know what it was and gave me the wrong thing. Well done.

I came to get a barrel for $49.99 and what was my surprise when I got home I didn't have my Popcorn chicken so I came back to the restaurant to ask them to get them to say yes you got it. No I didn't have it, she gave me one but no excuse or we're sorry or can we offer you something for the trip but no. I work in catering myself and when I make a mistake I sincerely apologize and offer something. Really disappointed
