December 22, 5:50 p.m., we were informed at the cash register that we cannot eat there since they close in 10 minutes (no sign on the door on the contrary, it is posted there that the restaurant closes at 8 p.m.). The cashier clearly makes us feel rushed to order, the employees look at each other laughing as they receive our orders and sigh when we added two spring rolls... your evening employees can't wait to finish their shift and do so to us feel very good.

At the end of my order the second cashier who was not serving me came to disturb the first to make me wait 3 minutes to get my invoice in addition to a time of waiting until she was ready to take my order then that there was no one else there. In addition, half of the employees are on their cell phones in front of customers. Disappointing.

After a visit this December 16 around 7 p.m., I can confirm that your evening employees can't wait to finish their shift. The cashier was in a hurry to take my order and I felt like I had to hurry to leave, even though there was an hour before closing time. Your two cooks watching videos on their cell phones. Really not good service. When I went there during the day, no problem.
Seriously... The worst Chinese cookies I've ever had the horror of reading.
The food was still good, I liked the rolls less, but our experience was spoiled when we opened the biscuits.

You have to ask for the key to go to the bathroom. A bit ordinary to queue to ask the cashier to go to the toilet and then queue again to order.
Anyway, I ended up asking the cashier for the key, she told me that there is someone already in the room tomorrow. I'll wait outside the bathroom door.
Another
customer ended up walking past me with the key. Open the door,... there was no one there. So I was waiting for no one in the end. And I had to wait for another customer to go there before me in the end.
Not sure about the key system!

I had to wait 20 minutes to give my order, and there was only one person in front of me... To say that she was chatting, or having fun would be very apt! Lukewarm food, very limited sauce... little protein, lots of vegetables. Times are changing for Thaizone, and not for the better!

I chose the Thai soup this lunch, not as good as last time and the rice noodles were way overcooked!
add forks with takeout orders

I have never seen a restaurant with such a control freak when it comes to using its toilets. It's unreal.

1 pad suey of which the pasta is not cooked at all and the same for the chop suey.
Also barely cooked shrimp

Mixed opinion, I always take General Tao, over the years the recipe has changed. Too much sauce and really too sweet, too salty. The vermicelli are also different compared to before but the cooking was good. For a General Tao and a Pad Thai, it will cost you $40 + tip, it’s a luxury. ?
