Sincèrement chaque vois que j'y vais il reste soit 1 soupe ou plus pentoute. Je reviens de la commande à l'auto et il n'avait plus de soupe, alors j'ai commandé 2 wraps avec quartiers de patates.. beaucoup trop secs et cuits, et 2 beignes. Mais ils ont oubliés de me donner mes 2 beignes.

The restaurant was dirty, part of the wall was detached and held at the bottom by a floor tile. The employees made people pay and went back to prepare the food without washing their hands. In terms of cleanliness and health, a change is necessary.

My experience at Tim Hortons was extremely disappointing. The waiting time was simply execrable. Every time I have visited this store, I have had to wait an unacceptable amount of time for a simple order. This is especially frustrating when you're in a hurry and relying on a quick experience.In addition to the unbearable wait time, I found the staff to be unqualified to handle orders efficiently. Errors in orders were common, and it seemed that employees were often overwhelmed and unprepared to respond to customer requests. This led to a lot of confusion and contributed to further lengthening wait times.The quality of the products was also not up to my expectations. The drinks I ordered were often poorly prepared, with poor taste. Additionally, the cleanliness of the store left something to be desired, which added nothing to the experience.Overall, my experience at Tim Hortons was marked by unbearable wait times, frequent order errors and inattentive service. I cannot recommend this store as it does not meet the standards of quality and efficiency that one would expect from a fast food chain. I sincerely hope that improvements will be made to ensure a better experience for customers in the future.

As always I say that the reputation of the restaurant often and almost always depends on the qualities of the employees to do an excellent job.Today I went to dinner with my sister.Toast, soup and coffee and our meal was very pleasant, tasty and perfect.There was a line because the secondary school is nearby and despite everything the wait was less than 5 minutes, it moved very quickly.I noticed that there was a lot of communication between employees. A great coordinated work team that provides fast and well-done service.They understood what customer service was.

There was no Russet Timbit, one of the strawberry Tim bit wasn’t filled with the jam and my sandwich was burned.Coconut coffee was great.
