Good food and drinks. The place is a bit dated.

Comfortable. Food was fine. Most of the staff was great, but seemed like there was some argument going with the bartender and another staff member.

One of the worst lounge I’ve been to. Horrible breakfast option I cannot imagine lunch / dinner. Customers service also wasn’t helpful or willing to assist. Table set up makes you feel like all over the place. Definitely not relaxing vibe if you plan to stay for a while. Save your lounge pass for elsewhere. Definitely won’t be coming back to this lounge.

Didn’t have any food. Turned off. Was on a waiting list . Got called. Person proceed to speak in French . Made a statement 3 times even after prompted that don’t speak French. Canada is bilingual when last I check

Very nice looking airport lounge with good food. I was there on a Sunday at 8am and the place was empty which was quite nice.
The lounge also has a very good view of the tarmac.

Wonderful lounge that blows the lounges in Toronto Pearson out of the water in terms of ambiance, cleaniliness, quality of service, facilities, and rizz.

The AF lounge in YUL is clean, tidy, has upscale furnishings and facilities, and the staff are friendly. The interior design reflects is meaningful and draws on the Air France livery design language, unlike AC lounges which are a mishmash of boujie looking items that don't quite fit together or remind you of which airline it's managed by. There is a wet bar, a dine in resto, a buffet with Le Creuset cast iron servingware, the coffee machines were upscale, the cutlery was clean unlike the AC lounge at Pearson which is usually chipped and stained. This loungs has great views and the seating is clean and comfortable, and the lounge isn't uppity and tucked away in a secluded corner of the departures terminal like at Pearson

The shower and washroom facilities here were cleaner than the general seating and cutlery at the AC lounge in Pearson

I would like that they get a serious recognition, both Emma and Karen Eza, two superbe amazing individuals , attention to detail, awesome customer service and above all human . We waited the line but they both guaranteed us 30 minute wait, super , fast and easy with a baby, they are really incredible and uphold the highest standard of an employee at Air France Lounge. Just for them i would come back again and again. Cheers and keep up the amazing work, because of people like them , we appreciate the airline and people they hire , making us feel like family. God bless

With priority pass, you might not be able to enter if it's busy. They'll put your name on a waiting list and say that they'll call you.
The lounge is beautiful with an okay buffet. The washrooms are clean and spacious.
Nice staff.

I was so relieved when I arrived at the lounge, after being turned away from the BNC lounge and given a cold rude response after I asked how they prioritize non BNC clients. The Air France/KLM lounge staff was kind and understanding and made me feel welcome. I forget the name of the lady who helped, she and her manager accommodated me when I was exhausted and ready to give up. I was able to eat and drink and wash up. The facilities were clean and the food was tasty and healthy.

Thank you Montreal AF/KLM lounge, you helped set me on my trip with the right mindset
