I would like that they get a serious recognition, both Emma and Karen Eza, two superbe amazing individuals , attention to detail, awesome customer service and above all human . We waited the line but they both guaranteed us 30 minute wait, super , fast and easy with a baby, they are really incredible and uphold the highest standard of an employee at Air France Lounge. Just for them i would come back again and again. Cheers and keep up the amazing work, because of people like them...
