Visited At 5:15am on October 13th. Older lady with grey hair was very rude, not kind to any customers. Later she went to the washroom and did not wash her hands before returning to work.. Gross.

Really ovepriced bistro and the lady at the counter was extremely rude for no reason.
I’ve decided to cancel my order and go somewhere else.

Food is average, prices exorbitant, STAFF VERY RUDE. NO COSTUMER SERVICE TRAINING! AVOID THIS PLACE

Beautiful venue to wait for flight however bartender very rude demanding a tip when i just ordered ONE drink. If i sat down had a meal and service was good, 100% tip but demanding a tip from guests is not right. i’m a student who works in the hospitality industry as well and demanding a tip is not very professional. do better!

Same experience as many of the other reviews here. Overpriced food, and the person who took our order was very rude Gave me a latte instead of a cappuccino. Also no clearly visible menu made it confusing to order.

Once we got our food it was just OK, not terrible, but also not what you would expect for $20+ per person.

Coffee is pretty good however they had NO non- dairy milk options. Crazy in 2025! Cinnamon bun was as dry as it looked. Friendly staff and very clean.

Unbelievably slow service. Took 25 min to get a cappuccino. Staff completely not customer oriented. One guy refilling croissants basket which had plenty while slow woman leisurely did the coffee. Appalling

Had Spectacular service from the bartender in the pic. Long layover, lots of work to do... he stayed respectfully attentive and never made me feel forgotten. Saw him deal with both lunch & dinner rushes...well done.

Terrible food at ridiculous prices! Just because you're situated in an airport doesn't mean you have to rip your suspecting customers off. The smoked meat sandwich (what is the singular term for meat?) was folded in such a way way to appear full but you could store the meat in your wallet like a credit card for later. The salad portion was akin to diet salad, and isn't salad already kind of already nothing? $4.59 for a bottle of Coke Zero? The whole meal was $27. Garbage. Move along from this unapologetic airport cash grab and honestly just eat something out of the trash. It'll be cheaper and better tasting!

Vegan options healthy food tasty and nicely presented. Judy on the register was lovely. good views of planes at back and phone chargers - perfect pre flight choice.

The manager is very futreted and yelling on custumers. really not friendly place and the breath i took was hard....so for me an NO GO.
