Service was great, the woman who helped me was very nice. Had a breakfast sandwich on an English muffin which was $9 and good. Had a soy latte, and it was fine!
If you’re in an airport, finding the best coffee is hit or miss. You can see the machine the spot has when you walk up. I never expect the best, bc…airport. So a decent coffee is just fine. And this was that, decent coffee, good sandwich, and nice service.

Had the worst experience at the Montréal International Airport location. Lady was on a personal phone call well handling my food with unsanitary hands. She then proceeded to blame her co worker and later the customer for her mistakes. Mistakes happen, but blaming other people, especially co workers is uncalled for. She messed my order up and then overcharged me. Food was ok I guess besides the fact that the parchment paper stuck to the sandwich and I ingested paper. Not trying to blame the company for these issues, more just asking for this lady to be put in check. She was also very rude, irrational and generally just a bad person. I’ve never left a review before but my experience was so bad that I feel the need to warn others about this specific lady. This happened on September 14th at 12pm.
