My bacon egg sandwich was still cold in the middle when I took a bite. So I asked for it to be heated up more. This was done but I was told after that next time they wouldn't be able to do this. Do they expect customers to know a sandwich is ice cold in the middle before taking a bite? Why is this the customer's fault? Similar to the last poster I think the bacon was originally raw too, so very unsafe if cold. Plus my brownie was dry as the desert.

So I think I would've given this place a 4 star rating if it werent that a really obnoxious woman cut me in line because she apparently knew one of the staff and acted like she owned the place. Girl I dont care if you were the Queen of England, get in line like everyone else? They let her do it too, so I assume she's also staff or one of the staff's friends. Very rude.

I ordered the Cadillac (croissant with bacon, egg, arugula with cheese) and asked for it to be hot. What I got was a half warm sandwich with RAW BACON! I had to go back right as my flight was boarding and they took so long they couldn’t replace it and they said since there’s no manager they couldn’t refund me but took the sandwich back. Horrible, do not recommend.

I know this place beside the American checkin area and generally like it. But Aug. 8, 2025 I encounterend the place closed 8:30 pm..It’s supposed to be open til 10:30pm per online information.

While the food was good, I was served my drink in a glass that cut my lip. There was no service, help or care. The only thing said to me was, I was asked if I wanted them to call medical help. (No, not for a cut lip.) I was completely unimpressed by the care and customer service.

Understaffed - 30 mins for 3 simple coffee, it was not crowded at all. The worst flat white I’ve ever had, tastes like Tim Horton coffee. But triple the price. The staff looks friendly and chill.
