“We were very satisfied with the service and the meal served by Bouchée Double for our wedding this weekend. They were very flexible with our requests and they were super responsive. We knew we were in good hands, already when we left.

In general, it's difficult to find a good caterer that offers an entirely vegan menu that doesn't consist of just salads or poké bowls. We searched quite a bit and nowhere else did we receive such an interesting menu. We wanted something good and gourmet, which would please both our vegan and omnivorous guests. For a caterer who doesn't "specialize" in vegan meals, but who offers the option, we were spoiled!

Then, they arrived on time (even early, it seems!) and they set up without making it complicated. The butler was attentive and proactive, I loved her professionalism throughout our reception. Everyone loved it and the leftovers are already all eaten ;o)

“Best turkey dinner I have ever had. Everything was flavored just right nothing to add at all. Turkey was juicy and gravy was perfection. Cranberry chutney was a nice twist from regular cranberry sauce! Price was very reasonable too! I will be ordering this again next year! Everything arrived on time, plenty of food for our 50 guests. The roasted chicken, potatoes, mushrooms, rice, 3 salads all were delicious. Our guests were very complimentary! “Perfect and very fresh. I just moved from Toronto where I lived in Little Jamaica. When I mentionned this, Patricia made me the bet that her food would be better than anything I could find in Toronto. I was doobrful but she was right!

I eat Ital jamaican cuisine (so vegan in this case) and Patricia made me a revelatory Ital dish. The vegetarian dishes are always made on the spot she said. And it shows: So fresh! The rice was perfection: your grandmas authentic jamaican rice and peas. Satisfying and rich. But what was particularly wonderful was how fresh all the vegetables were, just perfectly prepared and seasoned. Tasty and fresh crunchy okra and beans, beautiful callaloo. Nothing was overcooked. Fresh and delicious. This is a hidden gem! All vegans and Ital food lovers need to flock here. So good!“

I highly recommend the Italian “Beetballs”, carrot cake, and any of the cookies (though I didn't get to try any of the cookies because my guests devoured them, so they must have been good!). The portion sizes of the catering menu is very generous. I would highly recommend having your next event catered by Veganessa, even if you aren't vegan, it is that good!“
