I visited this restaurant this evening and, to be fair, the food was genuinely good. The nachos in particular were well-prepared and tasty. Unfortunately, the experience was soured by a rude and inappropriate comment from our waitress.
When I inquired about the portion size of the nachos, she responded with, “I cannot determine your appetite.” As someone who has put on weight while grieving the loss of a close family member, the implication behind that comment was clear and deeply hurtful. It was unnecessary and unprofessional.
Good food means very little when paired with that kind of treatment. I hope the restaurant takes steps to ensure all guests are treated with basic respect and dignity.

Nice place, maybe need more waiters. Restaurant did not receive the reservation by open tablero, but they were very helpful and got us a table (had to wait aprox 30 minutes) but since place is nice, it was ok

We had a totally enjoyable experience. The only issue was the smoked salmon was not the traditional type and the selection of cheeses was rather limited. Apart from that we had a totally wonderful experience.

Food was great! I highly recommend the French Toast and Traditional Eggs Benedict. Service from the server was on-point, although I couldn't decipher the emotionless stares / glances from the host who directed me to my table - there were a couple of seemingly awkward moments. Not sure what was going on. Beyond that, I experienced zero issues.

Lovely meal and superb entertainment on NYE 2024! The live band was phenomenal as was the food and service. Ordered the Sheraton Cobb Salad and Peanut Butter Chocolate Cheesecake slice. DELISH! Thanks to Kevin for the attentive and courteous service and Happy New Year!

I was staying at the hotel with my brother and we went to get dinner. At first, it seemed like it was just busy. It took a while for our order to be taken. But when we saw people who were seated after us got served the same dish before us, it seemed that there was more going on.
I'm not confident making any allegations of classism or racism, but I've never been in a situation before where it seemed plausible. We ended up waiting close at an hour altogether and then Wagyu burger was dry.
Very disappointing and soured our experience with the hotel as well.

Came here because there’s no nearby restaurants around the airport. But also glad we found this place. The service was friendly, the ambiance was relaxing, and food was delicious, although it took forever for the food to come out. The menu itself varied but pretty standard, so it wouldn’t take long to choose.
