We had an amazing experience thanks to Olivier at Hurley’s international side. His service was excellent — attentive, fast, and always with a smile. The conversations were great and he really made us have a good time. Highly recommend asking for Olivier!

The food is kinda mid. Which is expected for an airport pub. The service was terrible. Peter, amazing that you introduced yourself to take the order was never to be seen for the rest of the ride. I had a fruit fly in my beer. Normal. I'm not difficult ...I'll wait for you to come back and check on me so I can ask for a spoon. But. You never came back. So over 10 minutes, no check back and waiting to have a sip of my drink. He has an amazing ability to stand off side of the cash where he can't see his only two customers As a bartended for 13 years and am astounded by the lack of service

English: This was an extremely disturbing and unacceptable experience with YUL airport parking. While my vehicle was parked in a YUL parking facility, it was broken into and damaged. Instead of notifying us, parking staff had the vehicle towed to an off-site location and then failed to properly document or communicate where it had been taken. After a long flight with my family, we arrived to find that no one could locate our vehicle. For more than two hours, multiple employees repeatedly claimed they were “looking for it,” yet provided no clear information, no updates, and showed no urgency. Requests for help were largely ignored, and no one took ownership of the situation. What made this even more alarming was that other customers were experiencing serious issues at the same time, including parking staff losing their car keys. This clearly was not an isolated incident but a broader operational breakdown. The situation was only resolved after police were contacted. The professionalism and assistance provided by law enforcement stood in stark contrast to the lack of accountability, empathy, or communication from parking staff. At no point did anyone apologize or explain how such a failure could occur. This experience raises serious concerns about security, internal controls, and customer care at Montréal–Trudeau International Airport. I would strongly advise travelers to think carefully before using airport parking. ⸻ Français : Il s’agit d’une expérience extrêmement troublante et inacceptable avec le stationnement de l’aéroport YUL. Pendant que mon véhicule était stationné dans une installation de YUL, il a été vandalisé et endommagé. Plutôt que de nous aviser, le personnel a fait remorquer le véhicule hors site, puis a été incapable d’indiquer où il se trouvait ou de communiquer cette information. Après un long vol avec ma famille, nous avons appris que personne ne savait où était notre voiture. Pendant plus de deux heures, plusieurs employés ont affirmé qu’ils étaient « en train de la chercher », sans fournir d’information claire, sans suivi et sans aucun sentiment d’urgence. Nos demandes d’aide ont été largement ignorées et personne n’a assumé la responsabilité de la situation. Ce qui est encore plus inquiétant, c’est que d’autres clients vivaient également des problèmes sérieux au même moment, notamment des clés de voiture perdues par le personnel du stationnement. Il était évident qu’il ne s’agissait pas d’un incident isolé, mais d’un dysfonctionnement opérationnel majeur. La situation n’a été réglée qu’après l’intervention de la police, dont le professionnalisme et l’aide ont contrasté fortement avec le manque total de responsabilité, d’empathie et de communication du personnel du stationnement. Aucune excuse ni explication ne nous a été offerte. Cette expérience soulève de graves préoccupations quant à la sécurité, aux procédures internes et au service à la clientèle à l’aéroport Montréal-Trudeau. Je recommande fortement aux voyageurs de réfléchir avant d’utiliser ce stationnement.

You’d think they’d know how to pour a Guinness in an Irish pub, but that’s not the case here. The poutine however wasn’t bad, although way overpriced, but I guess that’s to be expected for an airport location. Service and atmosphere were just average.

The avocado toast was good. I specifically asked the server for window seat. He took me to a seat overlooking the airport interior. There was plenty of room throughout the time I was there at the restaurant on the window side. The food came really fast.

Surprisingly small portions for the price. $57 for 2 sandwiches, coffee, and orange juice. Breakfast potatoes were wedges; they were delicious, but you only get about 7 wedges. Bacon was not crispy at all after asking for crispy bacon. Server needed to ask the kitchen to crisp it up a little bit more. Waited 10 minutes for orange juice.
