1+ hour to deliver baggage after arriving at gate followed by a further 1 hour delay to get either a taxi or uber on a Sunday evening. Welcome to Montreal incompetence

Really disappointed in two of the 4 main meal options. Burgers look like a better option. Butter chicken and smoked meat platter was terrible. Can’t wait to have edible food on my trip!

Rud service; asked to seat at the one open seat at the bar but was asked to stand in line for a table. Lost a customer

Literally had hair in the food and ants on the table crawling around. Place was empty and couldn't get help for 40 mins. I get it's an airport but I would eat from a vending machine before going here again

Not only some of the worst food I've had in my life, but overpriced, and terrible service.

There were literal ants on our table and hair in our food.

Server did not refill our drinks, or even come by after she dropped off the food despite no one else being in the restaurant.

The service was not attentive. A server sent us back to the entrance so she could seat us at the table we were heading for to start with. The food was just OK which I suppose you should expect in an airport. I would look for a different option.

Let’s be honest, when you’re at the airport, you’re not expecting a gourmet experience. By that standard, this spot does the job: it keeps you from being hungry.

The beer is OK, cold, but flat and served quickly. The chicken tenders taste like something straight out of a freezer box the kind you’d warm up in your own oven at home. Edible, but nothing to write home about. The fries are fine not great, not terrible.

Service was efficient, and for airport food, that counts for something. Just don’t come in expecting more than “good enough

The sunny side up eggs were barely cooked at all. Inedible.

Long waits to be acknowledged/seated. Slow and indifferent service, bordering on rude. Staff who actively avoid eye contact or speaking to customers. Avoid.

When will they realize that this airport can’t cope with the volume of passengers coming through and make real sustainable changes? Why must we sit after a long flight, waiting on the plane for 45 minutes for a gate to become available? This happens repeatedly. Why can’t there be the option to bring stairs and buses to let passengers off the plane like in Europe?
