1+ hour to deliver baggage after arriving at gate followed by a further 1 hour delay to get either a taxi or uber on a Sunday evening. Welcome to Montreal incompetence
When will they realize that this airport can’t cope with the volume of passengers coming through and make real sustainable changes? Why must we sit after a long flight, waiting on the plane for 45 minutes for a gate to become available? This happens repeatedly. Why can’t there be the option to bring stairs and buses to let passengers off the plane like in Europe?
Accès mal fait !! Attente des bagages interminables
Horrific traffic to get to terminal or car rental return. Disorganised check in, bag drop and security all lead to an unpleasant experience
Very unique and tasty, soft cookies.
Cute decorations and adorable packaging for the cookies and coffee. I tried the salted caramel cookie — it was sweet, but not quite buttery enough for my taste. The filter coffee was cold and lacked flavour. It would be wonderful if the taste of the desserts matched the care put into the packaging and store design.
A bit expensive but pretty good.
The manager is very rude, he seems like he doesn’t like his job by the way that he’s treating his employees and the customers, I feel so sorry for the employees, his products look like they are bought from Costco and sold overpriced, don’t recommend going to this place at all
Nothing special , the decor is nice but the desserts are so basic , and basically most of the things seems to be gotten from Costco and sold separately, way to much overpriced for what your get
Restaurantji Recommends
We bought the vanilla milkshake from them cost around $12 . Not worth it was just vanilla ice cream nothing like milkshake.
la pire aéroport...le manque de sourire et l air bête doit être un critère d'embauche ...
I think products made with low quality of base, after having 1 piece all my family had cough so low quality of sugar or base for cream also, Product looks good. Maybe they know better their customers which almost not repeating so.!!!
Been here 3 times now, and they have produced consistently good baked goods. I've tried several cookies flavors and they're all good portions and tasty. They're a tad expensive, but understandable for the quality you're getting. They also do great croissants and have good quality macaroons too, although I'm not a huge fan of macaroons in general. Try them next time you're in Montreal Trudeau, it's worth a great treat for yourself or as a gift for a loved one!
