McDonald's

It is one of the cleanest branches I have ever seen, you already know the food, but the service in this place is quite good, I love the chai slushie, it is delicious without a doubt. Whenever we want to go to a Mac Donalds we go to this one, the children's park is also very helpful and in a pandemic it was a great option. This site is highly recommended

Absolutely terrible service. I waited at the drive thru for an hour for a threesome. They let 3 cars pass on line 1 before taking line 2. They then asked me to wait for 20 minutes before taking my order. When they finally took it, they misunderstood it. They then asked us to wait in the parking lot for our order. When we received the order the straw and the sauce were missing.

I put 2 salsa packets in my order. But they give me 1. So I asked politely and nicely if I can get another one. The blonde girl who works on February 1st at 9AM was giving me attitude asking that I should put it in my order how many packets I want. Don’t give me attitude just because you work on a Saturday morning. I paid for my food and I deserve a little respect.

The two times I went to this McDonald's the drive-thru service was quick but I don't know why things are always missing from my bag! Which means I have to wait again because the order is not complete! But hey this McDonalds is not worse than the others I can count on one hand the number of times I have received my complete and exact order at McDonalds!

this is my latest favorite McD's! they had a mcgriddle and vanilla chai frappe!!! definitely will be back if ever I land in Montreal again 😊 thank you!

The staff brought out our order and also they were ready to converse in english as i dont know french to an extent where i can have a normal convo.
Ordering food here was as easy as most of the mcdonalds i have visited and also had many more items on their menu.
To add on the restroom was very clean could paraphrase that to spotless interms of hygiene offered in the store.
Food was fresh and fries where also hot and crispy.

They constantly get orders wrong. A simple coffee order. Just coffee was wrong. Never put the BBQ sauce in the happy meal boxes either. In starting wonder if they do it to save money..
