Food quality good, large alcohol selection and regular beverages and decent seating. Too few staff clearing tables and only 1 stall in the men’s washroom. Had to search for a wall outlet to charge my phone.

The absolute worst lounge in Canada by far!!! Terrible staff. On top of it, you most likely will have to be placed in a virtual queue to get in. By the time your turn comes, your flight has likely already taken off, if your turn ever comes that is.
The staff talks to you with a defeatist attitude, like they know how bad they are and have already given up. Don't sign up with any bank that offers you access to this lounge because it really is that bad.

Internet connection is really bad. They should not renew their contract with the current contractor.

The Montreal Maple Leaf Lounge is one of my favourite. The food is great and the service staff are very attentive.

One of the worst if not the worst airport lounge I have seen. I don't have anything positive to say.

Good airport, staff helpful and very clean

AutoFax INC.

The male staff at the reception is very arrogant and not helpful. My mother was travelling alone and doesn’t speak French, he tries multiple times to ask us to communicate in French. We would like to find out a resolution of an issue and wanted to escalate to the manager to seek an advice then he said he was the manager point. He clearly doesn’t care about helping clients out or being racist for the instance. The event happens on 2nd of September of 2024, at 6:20. Knowing we will fight for our rights, he does not want to provide his name and employee number. So we couldn’t submit a complaint other than here in public. Please get us back we need to confirm your practices and for future references. Thank you

For a major airport, the domestic AC Maple Lounge is small, disorganized and filthy. There were zero cups available for coffee, staff just struggled and walked away. The only juice machine was not working leaving and the only option for a beverage was water or canned pop. The men’s bathroom was dark and foul smelling, litter covered the floor. The breakfast food choice was limited and mostly cold. Having just flown into YUL from YVR, come on Montreal…. it’s 6:30 am and you can’t even have juice available??!! (PS YVR Maple Lounge was great!j

COME ON Air Canada. All your domestic lounges in Montreal airport are DISGUSTING, OUTDATED, and extremely small. It’s absolutely always crowded. Completely full capacity. Why being so cheap?

Crowded with american tourists. Dirty and chewed up. Better food than most US airline lounges and open bar. Understaffed and undersized.

This review is for the Transborder lounge near gate C73 (serving mainly flights to the US). I stayed about an hour and a half in this lounge. It was very crowded when I entered, with only limited seating available, but around 17:45 it suddenly became much quieter. Initially, the staff had trouble keeping up with restocking the food. There were two soups, rice, chicken terriyaki, and a vegetarian pasta with watery tomato sauce. The chicken had run out initially, but turned out to be very good once restocked. Four different wines, and self-serve distilled choices. A variety of seating options, but a bit disappointed that the tables/high tables, where most folks with laptops want to sit, had no charging outlets.

The domestic lounge at YUL is one of the worst lounges/MLL lounges in the country, which is embarrassing since it's the hub for Air Canada.

One toilet stall for men, food is always sub par, half the coffee machines don't work, it's a bit messy and just very old looking.

Staff always appear lazy and not working or uninterested.

This place needs a major renovation.

It was full of people, but service remained great, food was very good, loved it, clean neat, great place to be before long flight.

Arrived 5pm on a Friday. Literally every seat was taken. Which was fine, given the complete lack of decor or any interesting features. Random food and self-serve booze. Quickly left and went downstairs to concourse food court - which was far more pleasant. United should take note how bad these clubs are, for cross-booked customers.
