Limited Food selection and most are cold. The sofa back is so hard and not comfortable. It looks fansy but not practical.

This place is a bad lounge and this is based on two separate visits a week apart. First, each time the Guinness tap was out of order and on the second visit the ice and soda machines were out of order as well. Space is very crowded, they could move the check in desk to the concourse level to get more space or even partially loft it to get more seating. But it is in need of an expansion and to have some functioning beverage equipment

By far the worst start alliance lounge I have ever been to. I was there at 7am today and all they had was some beans and scrambled eggs with brown bed. As much as like Air Canada they really need to do something about their lounges at YUL.

Who writes these reviews? Ordinary. Pasta bowties with butter and garlic, or bland chicken curry. 2 dull salads. Average seating. Soda or beer or wine. Self pour liquor is nice. Staff polite.Better than sitting at the gate
No space and waiting for 10 minutes for them to refill the water!
Rude staff, tables aren’t clean, and food selection and quality is a joke.
Nothing exceptional but not bad. Breakfast was hot and decent. It was very clean. Staff were attentive.
