Customer service at front desk was very poor. Could only say no.

Who writes these reviews? Ordinary. Pasta bowties with butter and garlic, or bland chicken curry. 2 dull salads. Average seating. Soda or beer or wine. Self pour liquor is nice. Staff polite.Better than sitting at the gate

No space and waiting for 10 minutes for them to refill the water!

Rude staff, tables aren’t clean, and food selection and quality is a joke.

Nothing exceptional but not bad. Breakfast was hot and decent. It was very clean. Staff were attentive.

This is by far the worst airport lounge. The bathroom is filthy and only have ONE stall with piss all around and ONE booth! One of the worst food offering have seen in any lounge. Apart from the free self-served bar, get yourself an Amex card and go to Odyssey lounge instead. AVOID!

Not the nicest airport lounge but still better than waiting hours at the gate.

While it is nice to be able to stay in the lounge, I found it to be extremely crowded, food was scarce, alcohol selection was fine and space very limited.

I love the greenery section in the lounge where people can sleep. The hot food was very good considering its not a restaurant.
I do wish they have better tea selection. Buy i understand most people don't drink tea :) except me.

Staff were very attentive and polite. Food selection pretty limited and overall very basic and bland.

After my flight was delayed, I was unable to use my lounge access pass during my layover. On my return flight, I submitted a request to use the lounge access I had missed, and it was approved at the lounge entrance. However, just 15 minutes later, I was unceremoniously asked to leave, as my lounge access had apparently been refunded. I was given no opportunity to repurchase access, cancel the refund, or explore an alternative solution.

To make matters worse, I was publicly called over the speakers and asked to leave. The staff refused to identify themselves and only provided vague instructions to submit a claim. This experience was extremely unprofessional and ensured that my 17-hour journey was as unpleasant as possible.

In summary, my first flight was delayed, and on my return flight, I was treated like a criminal and kicked out of the lounge. This happened with Air Canada.

I have to say that the Maple leaf lounge on transborder side is one of the worst Mapleleaf lounges in Canada. The food definitely is nothing to rave about, but I must say on a positive note that the drink selection is awesome.

Food is alright.. washrooms are small and dirty.

Food quality good, large alcohol selection and regular beverages and decent seating. Too few staff clearing tables and only 1 stall in the men’s washroom. Had to search for a wall outlet to charge my phone.

The absolute worst lounge in Canada by far!!! Terrible staff. On top of it, you most likely will have to be placed in a virtual queue to get in. By the time your turn comes, your flight has likely already taken off, if your turn ever comes that is.
The staff talks to you with a defeatist attitude, like they know how bad they are and have already given up. Don't sign up with any bank that offers you access to this lounge because it really is that bad.
