The almond croissant ? is the best, but all the bread is delicious as well. On the other hand, coffee is not my favorite, but that's okay. Try the sandwiches! ? Service is always excellent ??

Tried almond croissant, and it was, by far, the best I have tried in Montreal.

Chez Gael is a great little bakery. The croissants are among the best you can find this side of the Atlantic. The bread and other baked goods are always fresh and delicious. This place is definitely worth a visit!

Wonderful bakery & pastry shop, and their croissant aux amandes is a delight.

I frequently travel through Montreal airport and always stop here before and after a flight. The baked goods are amazing.

Sad to see service decline so far for this bakery. Sad no sandwiches to purchase?

Nice experience here. Fixed a perfect ham sandwich for the boys and wrapped it up in a kid friendly manner. Fresh baguette as well. Shame we couldn't sit in!

The almond croissant was soggy on the bottom. Not baked properly. Absolutely disgusting.

The place seemed dirty. The sanitary restrictions are not followed, as they didn’t use gloves to fill the order. I wouldn’t go back. I prefer the Italian store next door.

Perfect croissants, they’re the lightest I’ve had in Montreal with perfect layers. Chocolatine was delicious as well but it was the croissants for me. Great to enjoy a pastry and coffee by the water.
