Don't order from pizza hut dorval. Ordered a medium pizza with the smaller pepperoni and bacon slices. Really disappointed. Some slices didn't even have any toppings, about 6 mini pepperoni slices on entire pizza and 6 slivers of bacon. I will not be ordering from here again.

so my order, was sent to the wrong pizza place yet even so, they waited after closing, in the full moon under the torret of rain outside with my order. Despite me not being able to arrive and collect from this man, who ever he man be, he waited with patience and grace, until I discovered the mishap,and informed them, where they then understood and wished me well. Amazing customer service, truely above and beyond.

i dropped into the Dorval Mall and never tried Pizza Hut. Always the other food vendors . This time I decided to try Pizza Hut and wow the pizza was cooked fresh and it was delicious.!!! This will now be my favorite vendor at the food court. Very nice manager courtesy & thoughtful to make sure the pizza is freshly cooked. They prepare the pizza fresh so well worth the wait. 5 stars!!

I go to this Pizza Hut often as it is in the area. I even have a loyalty account. Today, I had accumulated enough (5 pizza rewards) to claim a medium 2 topping pizza. I decided to make it a pan crust, as it is their classic. I placed the order online for carry-out and only realized when home, that it was the hand tossed crust. I called them and they told me to bring it back. I sent my partner back and they REFUSED to remake it saying that they had never seen him before and only people they “see” get free pizza’s. He even had the receipt as proof.. Pizza hut is a national company, I go to different ones across the province & country and quite often, order online. Hence that is why I had accumulated enough for a free pizza. The elderly man working there was quite disrespectful and displayed prejudice to my partner. He did not believe he “earned” the pizza. That is not his decision. And he kept blaming us that the pizza was eaten when in fact only a bite was taken to confirm that it was indeed NOT pan crust pizza. Once he aggressively agreed to re-make it, he handed it finished to my partner with the words “shame on you, thief” … Ridiculous service for a long time PAYING customer…..This has been reported to Pizza Hut Head Office.

The greasiest pizza you'll ever get! You take one bite and all your hand is full of oil. Too much dough and too little topping. Looks like chessy bread with some extra on it. Threw it in the garbage!

Food is great. Make sure deliver drivers have some change on hand ideally.... not the greatest feeling when your essentially forced to give a large tip. Despite already having the intention to give a good tip.
