I do not recommend this restaurant. My experience started poorly with the cashier working the morning shift, who seemed extremely in a bad mood. I was reading the breakfast menu and wanted to check the lunch options, so I turned the page underneath. Without saying hello or good morning, she came over and simply closed the menu in front of me. That was very impolite and unprofessional. Later, I waited about one hour for the lunch menu to become available and ordered the Salmon Lovers for my husband. Unfortunately, the food was terrible. My husband couldn’t even finish the Salmon Lovers — the salmon tasted old and had an unpleasant smell, and the rice was also of very poor quality. Overall, the dish was extremely disappointing.

Very disappointing experience. The prices here are already extremely high for what they offer, but the long wait time made it even worse. We asked the staff politely about our order because we were tight on time, and the response was, “We are a restaurant, not fast food. If you’re in a hurry, you shouldn’t order.” At an airport, of all places—that attitude was truly shocking.
Food quality was far from matching the price. The ramen was mediocre, and the $15 milkshake was almost flavorless, basically just cold foam with a hint of sweetness. Absolutely not worth the money.
Overall: overpriced, slow, and rude. With this level of quality and service, I would not recommend anyone to eat here, especially if you have a flight to catch.

Quite good for airport stand food. Overpriced but so is everything inside the terminal, so am not penalizing them for it. We got the tokyo sushi set and chicken teryaki soba. It was well packaged and easy to bring on the plane.

Smoothie was outrageously pricey and wasn't even that good. Cashier put a bag of frozen fruits in a blender, let it run and forgot about it until 10 minutes later.
Worst food ever, payed $65 for two ramens tasted like powdered miso and instant noodles that weren’t even proper ramen noodles. We came at 2pm and they were out of every protein except chicken. Terrible service we payed an extra $4 for an egg and they forgot! Once we asked they brought us an egg that had clearly been frozen and now was only slightly thawed! Keep walking, there is a Thai express a few meters away, go there instead.

Price gauging at its finest. I used to eat here all the time but now that they charge for soy on top of the 30$ dollar bowl it’s gone a little too far.

I ordered a simple grilled cheese sandwich which is on the menu and pictures on their digital board shows images of what I can say looked like a regular grilled cheese you can get anywhere in the world.....except this restuarant who themselves market it as 1 thing but serves something else. I got a slice of sourdough bread with cheese on it opened grilled for $14.95 excl tax. And that was it. So not really a grilled cheese sandwich, not even a side of some greens and veggies or even garnish. Such a rip off..... never again. I asked them to update their digital board to what they actually serve and that was not well received.
