Not clean.

Experience really depends on what time you go. Late in the evening, the place is very dirty, the food is old and there isn't much choice. The bar is ok but lacks people tending it. The place closes really early (10pm) which is really frustrating because we pay for this service. Really doesn't feel like a VIP lounge.

They ask you to scan some other wait time app instead of using the visa app like every lounge around the world. Moreover they tell you that they only accept the Desjardins cards which is not true. They are part of the visa infinite privilege group. Ask for a manager and you will get in

Last visit on October 17 in the evening, very poor choice of food, really a marked drop since our last visit, bar service, empty glasses, very small quantity served in the glasses so that we were in line continuously. Really disappointing.

A little disappointed for breakfast , only omelet with some veggies, potatoes ,some bread is available for toaster, some cereal,danishes,croissants…. Oh and oatmeal but not great, missing yogourt, or fresh fruits would be great ! Been a few times and no variety always the same for breakfast, also no closed water bottles or juices bottles , only from big container, the coffee and espresso machine was good though

I have been here 10 times at least, and I find with the new management that the facility, food, and service have improved immensely. The facility is extremely clean. Great work and we will definitely be back.

Way too many people…queue to get in…queue to eat and drink and find a place! Perhaps it would be better to only accept members in order to provide better service.

Very easy to find this lounge at the international airport gate 63.

The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to explain you stuff without any hesitation.

Unfortunately, this location at gate 63 doesn’t enrol itself into any credit card membership program thus you have to be their member in order to access this.

So far the best customer service in terms of explaining, sharing information and just empathy in general in comparison to National bank lounge and AirFrance (the worst service ever!)

The other location near gates 76-77 would accept your credit card membership (priorityPass or DragonPass) but you need to go to US in order to access that; for international travel, the location at gate 63 is for you so basically if you’re with any credit card than theirs and travelling internationally except USA (US is never considered international travel if travelling from Canada; even the flights are small and the distance to travel is 1hr on the east coast) then Desjardins doesn’t have a lounge for you!

Unable to access it. During our last two visits to the airport there was a 65 minute wait. What's the point of having a Desjardins World Elite card, really disappointing...

I take the trouble to arrive at the airport early to take advantage of the lounge that people praise us so much when they want to sell us their credit cards. However, when I arrived, the lounge was full. Virtual queue of more than 40 people with an estimated waiting time of 55 minutes... I am disappointed with the capacity of the lounge and the lack of solution. I will consider changing supplier - it's not "Prestige" unfortunately.
