I have been here 10 times at least, and I find with the new management that the facility, food, and service have improved immensely. The facility is extremely clean. Great work and we will definitely be back.
Very easy to find this lounge at the international airport gate 63.
The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to explain you stuff without any hesitation.
Unfortunately, this location at gate 63 doesn’t enrol itself into any credit card membership program thus you have to be their member in order to access this.
So far the best customer service in terms of explaining, sharing information and just empathy in general...

Bon choix de nourriture et de boissons (alcoolisées ou non). L'ambiance est bonne et le personnel sympathique, très serviable. Le salon s'est rempli d'un coup et c'était trop plein avant qu'ils contrôlent les entrées avec la liste d'attente. Le personnel a bien géré et l'achalandage est redevenu normal. Belle expérience qui vaut le coût.
