Ordered a venti and they gave me a grande not to mention they did not mix the protein powder properly it tasted terrible. They need to get more staff the current workers are all over the place and can’t keep up with the orders. This is very disappointing since I paid 10 dollars for a drink!

Go to the McDonalds. Yes, it's 5 minute out of the way, but you'll end up saving 30 minutes. Very slow.

By far the worst, absolute worst Starbucks I’ve ever visited. Waited 25 mins for 2 coffee and sandwiches. Sandwiches were wrong and they forgot my coffee. Place was packed and the service was terrible

Received a very polite voice at the drive through. My order ahead: Venti Matcha Latte Oat milk w no foam. When I got to work, I took one sip, opened the lid after having to tilt the cup further back than usual for a first sip. I paid for a Venti and received less than a grande. Hey Starbucks- you are not convincing me to believe that the $8 I am paying for this Matcha is worth it!! What do you all think???

Instead of putting a sign that says you'll only open at 7am on weekends due to staffing issues, maybe you should pay your staff more to show up early. After all, you have the highest markup on one of the cheapest products on this planet.
I'd expect this from Tim Hortons, but not a Starbucks. Pathetic.

They kept talking to each other without making our drinks and it took 30 minutes to make 3 drinks and it wasn't busy. There was no one here except us and it still took 30 minutes. People came after us and still got served before us.

Fast service, lovely atmosphere. About 10 tables for seating indoors + counter and more outdoors, didn't fill up when I went in the morning despite the steady flow of customers
