The lady was stupid and didn't even say hello to me. I asked for an unheated waffle, I received it hot and I told myself that it's okay, mistakes happen. What was my surprise when I discovered it completely burned when I arrived at work!! How can anyone think it is acceptable to give this to the customer!!!

We used to love this Starbucks, we would go out of our way to visit it. Not sure what happened this week but three different days our orders have been wrong.

I have one very serious advice for the owner of this Starbucks (…also addressed to the Starbucks Canadian Headquarters ).

You have the most amazing spot for Starbucks and you have accumulated a huge following.

And you have an amazing team of lovely, smart and caring young ladies and young men who are doing an excellent job for you

I am a surgeon living in the West Island and I have been passing by your store for years since you opened, often twice a day on my way to downtown and back. I know at least two-dozen poeple who pass by your drive in daily.

But lately, your equipment and ovens have been repeatedly breaking …

And you have been extremely CARLESS or CHEAP to buy new ones

You are destroying the hen that laid you the golden egg.

And winter is in. The tens of car owners who pass through your drive in will not be interested to come out of their cars to go into your store.

Unless you wake up and invest ( within a few days max) in new equipment, your customers, mostly from the West Island , including myself,….
will go back to Starbucks of Dollards des ormeaux and Pointe Claire like they used to.

And once the habits have changed, they will never change back!

Always full of errors in orders, staff does not speak French, drive-thru service always closed, long wait times. Store closes earlier than displayed on the internet and on the doors. Do not encourage this trade.

Overland Adventurer

Slowest drive-thru known to man. Waited 10 minutes with no one in line, paid then waited another 10 to get ONE coffee. Horrible service. Don't go here unless you have brought a tent to wait it out.

The worst service from a franchise I have experienced.
I gave it two chances, but both times it was disappointing. A long drive-thru line, cold coffee, and worst of all, a strand of hair in my coffee. Unacceptable and disgusting.

Starbucks is pretty much the same everywhere so it depends on the employees. This one is extremely bad.
