Order a coffee and wait for almost 15 mins, mid coffee was $7 bucks, and I had to leave because people are calling for boarding, I asked if I could just get back coffee, that’s so hard for them to just pull a cup of coffee.

Asked for a simple medium Poole place coffee, took 5 minutes because the talking, staring around and then pour the worst tasting coffee. He brewed a coffee then put a splash of pike place… all I wanted was a normal coffee. 0 multitasking skills, one person walked away because they had issues getting cash to give him.

I fly out of YUL regularly and by far, the staff here are the slowest and most disengaged I have ever come across. There could be 2 people in front of you and it'll take 20 minutes before your order is even taken. Then tack on another 10 minutes minimum to get your order for a simple order of hot food. No hustle, they just move at a glacial pace. Make sure you have at least 30-45 mins if you're going here before catching a flight

worst starbucks i’ve ever been to. ordered the turkey provolone pesto and got the egg with pesto sandwich. ordered a blueberry muffin waited 20 minutes for it when i asked for it they said they didn’t have any and never got my money back. horrible service.

Yeah, there's a reason why there's so many one stars here..... It's actually comical for an airport. If you're looking to grab a quick coffee before your flight, jerry, you will most likely miss your flight.

The coffee was excellent, but the staff was short-staffed. There was only one cashier and one person taking orders while there were many customers in line.

Always like stopping at this starbucks when I travel, it's open early and late, the service is always efficient, regardless of the time, simply love it!

This is the worst Starbucks location I've visited hands down. I mean it's like they're trying to give you bad service. I think the employees have forgotten the reason for their presence. Heads up to management, 5/28 1 pm YUL airport, store # 72385-5765. I ordered an iced espresso with oat milk, I got pike place with 2%. Then I was asked to scan twice because the first transaction didn't go through, and was charged for three coffees when I only ordered one.
