I've never seen more people working at once to accomplish absolutely nothing in a starbucks. 5 minutes to order 1 drink and another 10 to make it- with 0 people in front of me.

Please hire more staff. There are only two people working the counter and it's not fair to expect them to manage food, drinks and taking orders when it is as busy as this one is.

There is regular Starbucks, and in Alberta . . . Safeway Starbucks and then, there’s always an airport Starbucks. In Quebec, it’s a little French and a little more tax but man, they made it nicely HOT and I got my fix, well done.

I came Starbucks YUL gate 64 Montreal airport and ordered a hot coffee. A girl made a cold coffee to me and when i said that i want a hot coffee she left and didn’t serve me more. Another girl made it hot for me. 8:45am Oct 26, 2025

Anticipate well over 20 minutes after ordering because they are understaffed. Not the workers fault but management needs to change. Do not order here unless you have well over 30 minutes before boarding or you’ll just stress yourself out- note this is the location near c81

No wonder Starbucks is closing stores. I just walked up and paid $7 for an iced mocha while three completely pointless employees stared at me hostilely. Then the one who took my money, walked away to break down boxes and another room while the other two continued to stare at me. When I finally asked if someone was going to make my drink, the woman was super rude about it and then made me a hot drink when I ordered an iced one. Honestly, service robots can’t come fast enough.

What a joke!!! It’s not representative of Starbucks!!!! One cashier that is not effective at all that went away, a new cashier that took 5 minutes to open her session without taking any order, two person doing the orders that were disorganized and walking on each other… while waiting, the cashier also disappeared in the back leaving us for 2-3 minutes without anyone taking any order. It was a real disgrace for STARBUCKS. We waited in line for 30 minutes and decided to leave before ordering. Some people ordered and never even got half of their order before leaving for their flights. Horrible experience.

Terrible service. If you are a business inside an airport you should have more than 1 staff member working. What is the point of ordering ahead of time if the line moves faster than a mobile order? The man working was so rude and slow. Do better!

I placed a mobile order. It took almost 20 minutes to get my sandwich and that's only because I had to ask. I saw people come and go and my damn sandwich was nowhere in sight, and mind you, it wasn't busy at all. When I finally got it, it was the wrong one so I had to sprint back from my gate to switch it. My advice? Don't order ahead or you'll get ignored and will risk missing your flight.

I had 45 mins until boarding, so I thought I’d get a coffee, the line wasn’t too long. But I was a fool. Despite the short line, it took 20 minutes for me to order as the worker kept having long conversations with every costumer. Finally, I ordered a grande ice coffee with soy milk. It then took 30 mins for me to get… a venti iced coffee, black? By then I was running late for my flight so I didn’t say anything. Multiple people were getting the wrong drinks. A girl who had ordered way ahead of me was still waiting when I left. Staff kept telling her they would make her drink “in a second”. I’m so baffled

I met a really kind guy name Anmol I think this is what he said. He has been managing the shift with remarkable patience and kindness! The most active person I’ve seen so far in the store, handling the line and other store responsibilities with great care and professionalism. REALLY APPRECIATED!!

Snail-paced service at the Starbucks near gate C83. Worst however, was seeing an employee handle garbage extensively (no gloves) who didn’t bother to wash her hands before handling food (literally reassembled sandwich).
