I work at the airport and I often goto Subway for lunch. Both Subways at the airport are actually very well managed in my opinion. I've never had a issue with the service or the food and I buy my lunch there often.

Only place that was open after I arrived late at night. Ordered online and apparently the system let me order something they didn’t have (pretzel). They were not able to refund me, but was only offered a cookie in exchange (which I didn’t want). Additionally the sandwich which I ordered with light sauce was basically extra sauce, so the opposite of what I ordered. It was late at night and mistakes happen, but still frustrating.

I come home from an exhausting trip, wanting to enjoy a nice teriyaki sandwich when i get home. I get home, open my sandwich, TAKE A BITE, and it was a veggie pattie. Wasted my money and starved that night. I even tried eating it but it was disgusting.

This is a review for the subway (food truck)located in montréal-pierre elliott trudeau international airport 💕the food was phenomenal, the atmosphere and seating was very private and luxurious, with tall pub style seating, and big windows over looking the airplanes loading luggage, the workers at subway were polite and went above and beyond making our food, we got wraps for a change and loved it 😍 Airport food is quite expensive, but it’s expected, and the food was delicious and fresh .

Subway employees are incompetent... I understand that I can customize my sub but when I order a particular menu item, you should know which ingredients go in it. I ordered a meatball sub but there were NO meatballs in it.
