Food prices at Pearson Airport are definitely on the higher side. We walked around Terminal 1’s domestic flight area checking out the options, but after seeing a salad priced at $27 just down the hall at another restaurant, we decided to avoid the price gouging and went to Tim Hortons instead.
We ordered two chicken bacon club wraps, two bottles of Diet Coke, and a chocolate milk, which came to just over $30 with tax. While that’s relatively affordable compared to some of the other options, the quality was pretty standard. It’s one of those situations where you know airport food is expensive, but it still feels odd paying that much for something so basic. 🤷♂️

Coffee here is worse than garbage water and staff are very rude and seem like they would rather be somewhere else and they're doing you a favor being here. They also over charge you
The wait is insane. At least 40 minutes.

Air Canada suggests arriving at YUL 1.5 hours before your flight. I would suggest adding another hour to that if you’re planning to stop by for a coffee. Woefully slow service. Apparently coffee is fresh every 20 mins, I was able to stand in line for over 40 minutes and didn’t see it refreshed twice. Must have just missed it…

Worst tim ever. You should train your employees to be more proactive and stop walking in circle. Extreme slow service.

Such bad service due to lack of staff. Hard on staff and very hard on passengers trying to get food for flight.

Shockingly slow service on one of the busiest travels days of the year. Staff were strolling around and had zero urgency despite the long line. It was strange to see an entire team behave this way, especially at an airport during the holiday rush :/

$10.00 for two small coffees and two muffins.....
It's way too expensive, especially since my wife's was dry. We were there this morning very early, on January 12, 2025.
It's cold at the tables too. Not great in two words. The cashier who served us was still correct. We offer you the cash receipt as the only photo.
Notice written on January 12, 2025, at the Montreal airport.

Terrible experience, my worst ever at a Tim Hortons
most menu items were unable, their drink cup was unable to be sealed properly causing it to leak all over me and the tables were filthy.
