Genuinely the slowest Tim Hortons known to mankind. Everybody is moving and talking in slow motion and laughing and chatting while there’s a huge line of people waiting to order and waiting for their food. Multiple people walking out of the ordering line and with un-happy faces. It feels like 4/5 of the staff are on their first training shift- I’m tempted to hop the counter and start making bagels myself.
Don’t come here if there is a line and you don’t have 45 minutes to wait.

The blond girl at the front counter who was working today, Dec 25, at 10:45am is the most unfriendly, unprofessional, and rude. I asked for an iced coffee but was given a regular coffee instead. When I went back to her asking for what I paid for, she said I did not hear that and turned her back on me and went to a different customer!!! What a terrible and disrespectful employee

Asked for chicken wrap , at Tim Hortons @ Montreal Airport departure area, they severed Bacon sandwich. And without an apology took them back to change it to the wrap . I had already walked away and had to come back again to get it changed .

I will sincerely request to change the staff of cooking department as this needs to be fast and quick grab n go store. The slow motion work of the elderly person is making many people wait for small things. Not complaining but suggesting. This will cause many people tensed about their flights. The line is also very very long because of this slow work. Liked the food but very slow!

terrible management why are u hiring like 2 people to work at a busy AIRPORT… your greed consumes you. i’ve been waiting for 20 minutes and the line is not moving. am i even gonna get my plane? it’s your fault.
