They take a lot of time and always long lines to get served and wait for the food
Service is very bad .one community working .they are not listening..rude talking. Worst tim hortons in canada
ice cap with cream is the best should try it ❤️🥰
I ordered a hot chocolate and was given some kind of black coffee.
And I asked for a donut and was given the wrong one.
AND overcharged.
Completely clueless.
Very slow take their time 5 min per customer at least. They see a lineup and keep the same pace of work instead of working faster in order the clear the line …
I’ve lost count at how many times I was given a plain latte when I ordered a vanilla latte. Just now, I ordered one, when I got to the drive thru window, they got the wrong order. Turns out, they never typed it in. I again specified VANILLA latte. And sure enough, when I got home and it’s a plain latte. It wasn’t even busy. There were only 2 cars behind me and 1 ahead of me. Starbucks baristas have no issues making extra complicated drinks and you can’t even get a VANILLA LATTE right?? NEVER COMING BACK!
Stuff are so slow always one is serving the others shows that busy and there are doing nothing.
Food prices at Pearson Airport are definitely on the higher side. We walked around Terminal 1’s domestic flight area checking out the options, but after seeing a salad priced at $27 just down the hall at another restaurant, we decided to avoid the price gouging and went to Tim Hortons instead.
We ordered two chicken bacon club wraps, two bottles of Diet Coke, and a chocolate milk, which came to just over $30 with tax. While that’s relatively affordable compared to some of the other options, the quality was pretty standard. It’s one of those situations where you know airport food is expensive, but it still feels odd paying that much for something so basic. 🤷♂️

Coffee here is worse than garbage water and staff are very rude and seem like they would rather be somewhere else and they're doing you a favor being here. They also over charge you
The wait is insane. At least 40 minutes.

Air Canada suggests arriving at YUL 1.5 hours before your flight. I would suggest adding another hour to that if you’re planning to stop by for a coffee. Woefully slow service. Apparently coffee is fresh every 20 mins, I was able to stand in line for over 40 minutes and didn’t see it refreshed twice. Must have just missed it…

Worst tim ever. You should train your employees to be more proactive and stop walking in circle. Extreme slow service.

Such bad service due to lack of staff. Hard on staff and very hard on passengers trying to get food for flight.
