Something is curdled in my iced coffee, thats disgusting, how can you sell something that is cream turned to cheese and call it fresh š¤¢š¤¢ and tastes just as bad.....

Absolutely the worst service there is. I don't know I bother coming here, they always famously get the order wrong. The 3rd consecutive time i order pizza and drinks and they get it wrong. I order a cheese pizza Lemonade melon drink and hot chocolate. The melon drink was missing and they given chicken pizza but they charged extra for it. Maybe they believe I wouldn't notice it, and tried to scam me. I hate Tims and what they represent. The service is nightmare!!! And when i asked about that issues they bring back my orders and abused me... specially the sing guy who worked in night shifts ...!

Unfortunately I hate to say this but this morning the service was horrible I ordered something and they got it wrong and then I told them that it was the wrong order and then they give me something else that I didnāt even order so Iām a little mad when I go there often enough and I wasnāt satisfied at all and it sucks that I canāt give zero stars please rectify this please

I arrived just after 8 a.m. on a Sunday, and ordered 6 donuts. They looked fine, but when I brought them home and three of us bit into our donuts, they were stale, probably a day old. This is at 8 a.m.! There is no excuse for thisā¦

Tim Hortons 8.99 special supper deal is only upheld depending on who's on the cash. Cashier tried telling me that only the main meal is 8.99 and the add-ons are extra. How is 8.99 for the main meal a deal. Wasted time coming here don't come here for the supper deal.

It appears I entered this review for the wrong location. I was at the location across from the Montreal Jewish Hospital.
Automatic door doesnāt work. Almost impossible to get in and out of pushing a wheelchair and the walk out front was very uneven.

The morning staff is amazing. They always make sure customers are well served. Even when I request 15 coffees every Friday. Welcoming me with a smile every time. Thank you!
