One Tim's that when I ordered, I would discover that I didn't get what asked for only to return two more times to get what I wanted. If you want better service go elsewhere.

My boyfriend and I got the same order, a crispy chicken sandwich, it come with lettuce inside, I have never seen an older piece of lettuce in my life, it was brown and shrivelled, EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

I asked for a frozen lemon, but it was white. I asked for another one, but they were rude to me and even made fun of me when I came back. I have a video recording. It's a bad place. I don't recommend it. First of all, I'm a customer. They didn't apologize to me, so I don't recommend it. 2:45 pm - 3:10 pm Brunette with glasses. Learn to be polite.

I ordered a “habanero” wrap. They asked me to wait a few minutes (which is fine). I had hoped that I was waiting so that they could make fresh(ly reheated) chicken, but alas, I was mistaken. They handed me a wrap that felt small in my hand, and only when I started to eat it did I realize it only had 2.5 ingredients. I say ‘.5’ because the amount of sauce they put was about how much toothpaste your dentist recommends putting on your toothbrush. Lettuce? Nah, habanero? No chance. The chicken wasn’t completely inedible, but between the lack of sauce and half a slice of tomato, it was the driest wrap I’ve ever eaten. At least the donut was okay. 2/5

The order did not look like how it was displayed. As soon as I receive the food, I returned it to the counter. The lady did not want to refund me, although the food was untouched which I think is unfortunate because I just wasted money for something that does not look like food.

I’m passing every day at night doesn’t matter what time they never have a French vanilla. As they say they are cleaning the machine. Every time I have to change my order for a not fresh coffee . I know there are not much customers at nights and it’s a cleaning time but it can’t happen every time I pass at nights . If there is a cleaning going on, should be done fast so they can serve customers.
