Open 24h but only for coffee or hot chocolate because the donuts section was completely empty of anything. Sucks, didn't we use to have donuts at any time "back in the days"?

This has to be THE WORST Tim Horton's in Quebec. They forget how to make stuff, they're slow. It's run BADLY! there are 5-6 sometimes more employees running around like lemmings doing absolutely nothing while only maybe 2-3 know what they're doing. The only two guys working there are the only 2 people that know what they're doing. GO TO THE ONE ON Sources/Hymus. They're fast, effiecient and the people there know what customer service is all about.

I am a regular customer of Tim's and this is the worst branch I have had to date. No hello, no thank you, no French and above all no smile from the entire team in place. I ordered a pizza and it felt like I was eating a big soda cookie! On the other hand, the restaurant with the tables was very clean.

We initially went to get two red pepper brioches, but they only had one. We asked if they could make more, and the staff agreed. Ten minutes later, he kindly brought it to us along with utensils, as it was freshly made and hot. I was really impressed by the service, and we later found out that he was one of the owners. 10/10 recommended for the humble staff and service

I said 4 times to 2 different people that I want 2 English muffin sausage breakfast and confirmed it over and over 4 TIMES! I got 2 nasty leaking burritos or wraps that are wrapped like burritos in a square with too much sauce.. this is what happens when the government gives 75% payback when you employ immigrants. ??

I used the Too good to go service and was delighted with the food that was put in the box. The take out was a little slow but the person who served Noys was very pleasant and served us with a big smile! Thank you Tim Hortons!
