Asked if I could use the rest of my Canadian cash and pay the rest on card and was told that wouldn’t be an option (truly no reason it shouldn’t be) waitor mumbled where to go to pay and when asked him to repeat what he said cause I didn’t hear him, acted extremely annoyed. Employees here clearly need to change their attitude. Food was good tho, not worth the price.

I had the fish and chips. The fish was decent, but I was disappointed with the fries. Seems easy, righ? But they were stale and "bottom of the bag" fries. Fry pieces, or really short fries. The bartender squirted half of someone's lime garnish all over me. Why her, the other bartender, and two other patrons, thought it was funny was beyond me. If I would've hauled off and smacked her, who wouldve laughed then, I wonder? Needless to say, I remained a good sport, but didn't sppreciate it AT ALL. Save your money, it was over priced being in the airport, and subpar at best.

the servers just took our order and brought our food. That was it. They didn’t ask us about the service or the food. I was waiting for them to come back so I could ask for some hot sauce. I luckily saw some near the kiosk that they use and I went up and grabbed it.
My boyfriend’s drink needed to be refilled and I needed a water refill. They never came. They never looked at me.
The food came out in a decent time. The food portions were so tiny. I know the prices of the food went up because I saw people posting the menu in the past.
We didn't leave a tip, and they reminded us that the price didn’t include a service charge. I said I know. I can read the receipt. I was considering leaving a cash tip, but since they pointed out me not leaving a tip it was distasteful.
They tried to backtrack like oh you know the tip and the tax or something?? Like no way you getting a tip from me now.
They should have known they didn’t deserve it. I always try to tip the bare minimum, but this was just an awful service.
Like I said, do not come here.

I had 30 mins before my flight and I didn’t think I could get a quick bite anywhere. I asked the server if I would have time based on my 30 min window for which she said yes. She sat me down and had me wait 12 mins, after which began seating new customer and serving them ahead of me. Not sure what the food was like however the establishment is poorly managed as this was my third experience like this here. I always give them a chance but after three times like this it appears to be how they like to operate their business.

I stopped here while waiting for my flight near gate 6 domestic and sat at the bar.
The waitress was very friendly, I never felt rushed and she topped off my water very promptly. After taking my order we were both surprised at how fast the poutine was ready. We both audibly wow'd haha. Probably like 3 minutes and I was eating. It wasn't cold and tasted fine.
I mean sure, the portion was fairly small, expensive and the quality was just okay. But for an airport poutine it was pretty decent!
$15 for a Stella Artois and $12 for a labatte bleue is robbery though, and the wooden chairs are not very comfortable. Hence the 4 star. Service was excellent though, thank you Chantal.

We didn’t think they deserved a tip so pressed the ‘no tip’ button and he said ‘tips not included’ and cancelled the transaction. I thought you tipped for good service!!

When I was paying and skipped the TIP part she kept telling me that tip was not included and that I need to go back in the options to add tip and I just ignored her but she kept insisting and I was like sorry I am not doing a tip . Worst experience of my life at Montreal airport. Rude waitress Family with children had ordered for all except 1 vegetarian person, they do not offer any vegetarian meals so I bought a mini salad to share to enjoy the meal with everyone I took it to eat with them. I ask to speak to the manager RUBY arrives who does not have a general manager even more unpleasant than the waitress speaks to us nastily and loudly that I have to take all this out for a mini salad for 7 CAd from another shop while we had an order of at least 40 dollars from them all this in front of my minor children and customers. when my husband takes his phone she thinks he filmed it (for your information the restaurant is a public place) she leaves our table and calls security. She claims that we are violent and that she was afraid for her safety. Fortunately, once security is on site and the senior manager Étienne arrives, everyone realizes that the waitress with black hair of a mature age and Ruby are sure to react to the situation. Fera Étienne She catches up and apologizes but after all this tension we didn't even want to eat. I do not recommend the place unacceptable behavior on their part Disappointment ?

It took a long time for them to bring our food, even though it was already ready. They didn’t care about us at all but were attentive to other customers, which definitely seemed like racism. We didn't leave a tip, and they reminded us that the price didn’t include a service charge. They should have known they didn’t deserve it. If you want proper food and service, you have to order a sandwich with side dishes. Otherwise, they won’t give you any service.

I feel racism here that I never felt in Canada. The calculation, food speed, and service are the worst. Even though the price is expensive, the taste is not so good... Only those who want to go to a restaurant without a tip should go.
