The restaurant is understaffed, has rude employees, lacks certain food items, and displays racist behavior towards Asians. The food is terrible, so it's best to avoid this place. The host and bartenders are especially unpleasant. This experience made me feel deeply disrespected.

Worst experience ever. Detestable waitress. Clearly many have had a similar horrible experience based on the reviews. Wish I would have checked prior to sitting down. Blamed me for a mistake she made with a Caesar salad, and then brought me what i ordered (garden salad) after i threatened to walk out (she threatened to call security if I didn't pay for what she brought me which was NOT WHAT I ORDERED! Such an idiot!!). Pretty sure she knew she wasn't getting a tip because when i went up to pay she charged me for two salads. Wouldn't put it past her to refund the extra salad in order to get a tip she didn't deserve. Unreal. DON'T EAT THERE!!

If you want a beer or drink to kill time before your flight don’t bother…unless you want to spend $35 on 2 Coronas ?Also, menu is WAY over-priced even for being at the airport.

Urban Crave offers delicious food at YUL Airport. Portions are decently sized and service is alright. Prices..... well... it's what you'd expect for an airport; a little bit on the pricey side. Overall, the restaurant reminds me of the meme that I've attached to this review (and fyi, the burger is actually $22.50 but does include a side of potato chips).

Had my airport breakfast here. Staff was very friendly for 6am, the chef even made sure I was enjoying my food himself. It's in the airport so prices are what they are. But I will definitely go and enjoy the eggs benny next time I'm through.

Very lovely waitress, very fast, cordial and efficient.The concept is kinda funny here: it’s basically a diner counter that claims to do international street food, but in reality it’s classic burgers and sandwiches with some samosas and korean fried chicken. I had the breakfast so I can’t say how their international cuisine tastes. The breakfast was fine though, nothing special and a bit pricey, but this is an airport diner we’re talking about.One funny thing was how expensive their drink menu was. Easily the most expensive beers in the domestic terminal.They sell Archibald pints marked up 50% from what Archibald sells them for in the same terminal. Not highway robbery, but i think they are relying on the fact they’re the only place to grab a drink that far down the domestic departures.One thing I noticed and see repeated here in other reviews is that the place isn’t really managed…like, at all. I tried to use a dragonpass coupon that wasn’t working, and there was no manager there to assist. The waitress helped me best she could, but she was very clearly alone and without assistance or guidance. They should probably work on that.

Angela (angie) is absolutely Awesome!!! I was recently told that I have a gluten sensitivity and she was so informative of my options and was so comforting. I can see she treats everyone as if they were the only one in the restaurant. I am so thankful for people like her! Thank you Angie!! Keep going with how much you care! The Montreal Benedict with smoked meat was good. The food came out quickly.
The food wasn’t bad however it is getting 2 stars because the poutine we ordered was completely cold that we had to send it back. The onion rings that were ordered were good but VERY greasy. It wasn’t bad but would have been three stars had the food come out hot. The server Jerome was very nice but it was also very busy. We were allowed to sit and drink at a table as well without being pressured to eat right away.

Listen to the other reviews and stay far away from this awful place! The service is terrible and the waitress is extremely rude.When we asked for waters to start, she brought bottled water, obviously to charge more. And even though the place was empty (3 other people were seated), she said that we needed to order food and drinks to sit. She then said that they were only serving alcohol and didn’t have the food items we wanted to order. So glad that we left!

Slowest service ever. Way understaffed. It's a slow day, hardly anyone here yet it took 20 minutes to order. 30 minutes to get water. Looks like there's 1 cook. Order to go and request the check when ordering or you will miss your flight.
