Extremely disappointing experience.

I waited several minutes at the hostess stand simply to be seated at the bar, without any acknowledgment. When I eventually went to the bar myself, the staff member was on a laptop and ignored me when I politely said “excuse me.” After repeating myself calmly, I was told “one minute” with the most aggressive voice I have ever ever heard. even though seating me would have taken seconds.

As a frequent traveler, this level of indifference and lack of basic courtesy is unacceptable. I left immediately.

For comparison, I went to Pork & Pickle right after and received EXCELLENT , attentive service. The contrast was striking.

Urban Crave has lost my business.

2 waitresses that instead of serve were distracting eachother all the time, what took me long to get their attention to order. When they gave me my burger, it had a long hair on top of the cheese, they were doubtful about the hair, even when I showed it..... wasted my time and my patience.

I was traveling though Canada from Belgium and had a terrible experience here. After continuous delayed flights I came here to charge my phone and likely eat. After asking one of the host if they had charger ports they confirmed they did so they showed me where and sat me down. I then asked to purchase a fountain drink which I was told okay to. Before I knew it I guess the manager a lady with glasses can’t remember her complete description came to me and said I had to buy something to sit. So I was confused because I just purchased a fountain drink but she informed me it must be alcohol for whatever reason. After hours of traveling I did not want to drink any alcohol so she stated I must purchase something from the menu. Which I did fries that were soggy and salty and I did not eat. I find it a terrible customer experience to force traveling customers to drink or buy what you prefer them to buy instead of what they want to buy. It screams sales are low and it will make a bad name for the business. Very unpleasant experience and I didn’t experience this anywhere else in the Montreal aiport but here

Delightful atmosphere and tasty food. I had the Asian pot stickers with a deliciously spicy sesame oil. I accompanied it with a lemon water and a creamy Bailey's! Excellent service as well from Kristine! Two thumbs up!

Our server was great with a lot of people to manage. Sabrina is a superstar and I loved my real Gin and soda after a week of all inclusive.

Worst cheese burger I’ve ever had. The meat tasted frozen/fake. I saw the reviews and gave it another chance thinking they learned from the feedback. Spoiler alert they didn’t. The fries looked cooked but tasted otherwise.

In total I ordered the cheese burger $27 CAD, and the fries $4 CAD. Subtotal of $31CAD.

Please don’t spent your money here.

Was able to pop in for a quick breakfast before my flight, service was fast, food was hot and so good. Was in a hurry, sent my coffee with me in a to go cup. Will be back for sure.

Sat there for 40 min and they realized the button for my chicken fingers didn’t work..
server was apologetic but I had to run and could barely have time to finish half of them..
