Overall, avoid this one! Food was acceptable, overpriced for what it was. Service was mediocre at best, potentially worse than that…nothing to write home about. She did the bare minimum and looked generally unhappy to be there. What makes this a 1 star experience, much like others have mentioned, is that when we tipped the server only a few dollars (as I said, the service was bare minimum and not even deserving of a good tip) we proceeded to be lectured about Montreal “tipping culture” and how our tip was “essentially nothing” to her. Apparently, unless you are tipping 15% or more, your money is meaningless! Really left a sour taste in my mouth as I have been to many other restaurants in this airport with nothing but great things to say! I hope she enjoyed talking loudly about us once we left to the cook behind the counter. Perhaps better service would = better tip?

Located near Gate C77.Excellent Montreal Benedict with homemade Hollandaise sauce. The Smoked Meat was more like thin sliced Pastrami, but still great. The breakfast potatoes are like potato wedges fries, awesome!The Urban Breakfast Bun was a nice breakfast sandwich with eggs and smoked meat on a light bun. My wife enjoyed it.

I was at the Urban Crave near gate 7 and I came in for just a beer but the server suggested the vegetarian poutine and my god the vegetarian poutine was to die for. I have had vegan poutine in the city but to be very honest this poutine beat the one in the city. The service was exceptional as well!!

Tatyana was the worst server ever. She gave us the bill and we had tipped her $5 (we had only got a couple of drinks) and she proceeds to tell me that in Montreal it is mandatory to give a 15% tip as I told her I was going back home to my own city. Absolutely disgusting

Overpriced bland food. 2 beers for $30. They'll charge extra for fries, salads etc with a sandwich but offer it as if it's included. The debit machine "times out" so you dont have time to review the receipt. The place is a carefully orchestrated scam.

$20 CAD for quite a large portion of smoked meat poutine and incredibly kind and quick service. The food was hot, the fries were crispy, the meat tasted like corned beef, and the gravy was the right level of saltiness. Definitely recommend this if you need one last Canadian fix before heading back to the states.

While the Korean sliders were a disappointment I have to say that the poutine was so good I'm going to give them a 4th star. Quite a few people were dining on poutine and while I don't eat this dish regularly I have had it enough times to know a good one from a bad one. This was pretty amazing with all the smoked meats on top too. It's airport pricing but with the US dollar so strong that helped make it not too pricey!

DO NOT EAT HERE!! I had the worst customer service ever by the 2 servers they can be seen in the pictures. The lady serving us was rude arrogant disrespectful. When I went to pay for my bill she just gave me the machine with an amount on it then I wanted to tip her as I always do but there was no option for tip so I asked her how do I tip you she replied it’s included! So I got extremely upset by the fact that she included the tip without even giving me the bill. She was under the impression that I am East Indian there for we don’t tip. Then I asked her why did she included the tip when we are only it was just me and my wife and our 4 year old. She replied it’s there policy that when the bill is over $150 they include the tipI’m like ok can I speak to a manager she said they don’t have a manager. Then she said it’s all good you don’t have to at all. I was like no I don’t eat for free. You profiling me like is not acceptable. So I paid the bill and on my way out I took a picture of the business so I can put a review. She got really angry and called security. Then security wanted to see the picture and let me go on my flight. And told her that I was allowed to take pictures. Waitress refused to give me her name, refused to give me payment recipe.Je commande un Smoke meat simple et demande quel accompagnement vient avec le sandwich. La serveuse me répond : « vous avez des frites en accompagnement mais vous pouvez choisir de prendre une salade ou autre choses. ». Je réponds donc par une question: « est-ce possible de prendre une salade à la place des frites qui viennent comme accompagnement avec le plat? ». La serveuse me répond : « oui oui et pour 3 CAD de plus vous pouvez ajouter de la viande à votre sandwich ». J’accepte et commande de l’eau gazeuse également. En attendant que la nourriture soit prête, je me tourne vers la droite et je vois la serveuse crier vers un client. Je me dis étrange ça c’est assez violent, peut-être qu’il s’est passé qqchose pour en arriver là. Bref, je demande l’addition, et la les choses se compliquent. D’abord je demande de payer 20 CAD en cash et le reste de l’addition en carte. La serveuse prend mon billet de 20 CAD et me tend la machine pour payer le reste et me dit : « choisissez 1, 2, ou 3 » avant de confirmer. Elle me donne l’option donc de,payer 10, 15, ou 20% de pourboire ». Je lui demande d’abord de confirmer le montant, elle avait mis 45 CAD soit elle n’avait pas compté mes 20 CAD payés en cash. Je répond donc pourquoi est-ce que je paie 45 CAD et pourquoi elle ne compte pas mes 20 CAD si le prix du Smoke meat était de 24 CAD. La serveuse avait ajouté une salade pour 6 CAD et de la viande pour 5 CAD au lieu de 3 comme elle l’avait annoncé. Je dis donc que je n’ai pas commande autant et essaie d’expliquer que j’ai l’impression de me faire scalper sur la nourriture ET sur les 20 CAD. « Ah non non pas du tout vous avez commandez ceci et cela » bref, je me fais prendre pour un imbécile et décide de ne pas payer de pourboire car très insatisfait. Et là je commande à me faire insulter, « ah bah ça se voit que vous ne travaillez pas dans la restauration », je lui dit que si mais que justement je n’ai jamais vu ça. Ensuite on me dit que je n’ai pas honte de ne pas laisser de pourboire, choqué je prends mes affaires et je suis parti. J’ai demandé son nom mais elle a refusé de me le donner en cachant son badge. J’ai demandé un reçu et elle m’a envoyer balader. Je n’ai jamais vu ça. J’ai donc en copie simplement la preuve de mon achat de mes relevés bancaires. Aussi, le fournisseur s’est fait envoyé balade devant moi lorsque le manager disait qu’il n’avait pas commander ce qui a été livré. Ce ne sont pas,mes affaire mais ce genre d’établissement devrait fermé. Quelle mauvaise dernière impression après avoir parcouru la ville pendant mes vacances au Canada à Montreal.
