Very hot french 🍟 serve Wright from the oven at my table by one of the smyly friendly staff with a tender licking 🤞 linking finger super good 👍 juicy 2 stacks Hamburger and a cold drink while the snow ❄️ storm stop . yummy 😋 🤤 I sincerely recommend this delicious restaurant @Guy de Montréal Face Book Taster

I don’t think i’ve ever left a review for anywhere i’ve eaten (not my cup of tea) but i decided to genuinely make an exception for this establishment, because i typically don’t receive service like i have received today, and i really want whoever owns this store to know just how well their employees treat their clients.
I came just to get a burger with my mother, nothing else. the gentleman in the front cash in the blue shirt (i did not catch his name) asked me how i was doing. because my mother struggles with speech due to an accident from a few years ago, she is usually shy to give her order and i will do it for her. i asked if they had a small paper menu to order from so she could order easier, they sadly didn’t. however, the gentleman was very sweet and pulled out the menu on his phone thru the app, and let her scroll and decide what she wanted, and to point to which one she wanted. and he also helped her substitute her fries for a chili (which was delicious by the way) and a hot coffee. and he told me the coffee would take a few minutes but to sit down and he would bring it over for me. He brought it over to our booth and told us if we needed anything, he was right there in the front. he came by periodically to check in on us and to make small talk which was sweet. then he came back about halfway through our order and asked if we would like a refill on our coffee and that the refill was free and on the house. when we were finished he came back and took our tray and told us to come back tomorrow night for supper, which i definitely will consider if he is there.
i really appreciate the customer service and the love, and it really made my mothers night. Please let that man know we will be back!! Such a lovely character, no wonder it was so busy.

Best manager of any wendy’s in QC is Chenale. She took care of us A to Z with all the extras and the order came out perfect with a great atmosphere. The tables were clean and even the floors despite winter time and snow. Thank you, and I highly recommend this location (also there is a timmies right next to it in the same building)

Since when do you pay 14.80$ for a trio and get a half a fry not to mention they were stale and cold and the person serving me told me to wait 5 mins for the sandwich so they could have made fresh fries and at the window she refused to give me a bill and when I asked for bbq sauce and ketchup I was told I can only have one or the other and on top of it I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and got the wrong sandwich completely with out lettuce or tomato Not sure what kind of people they are hiring but they need to retrain them completely

If I could give no stars I would..went in on my lunch break to wait 15 minutes for a salad finally I was late for work and asked to refund the money since I didn’t have time to wait anymore the cashier gave me attitude threw a salad in the bag and handed it to me..I was in a rush to get to work got to work and not only did it take 15 minutes for a salad they gave me one that was old grilled chicken hard as a rock bacon was dark and hard and cold…most disgusting salad I have ever had and service was horrible I watched the cashier handle my money being 2 orders to drive threw go in the kitchen not even washing her hands and start making food and she wasn’t wearing a hair new absolutely disgusting in my opinion.

Excellent service from start to finish. The staff was quick and friendly, Sarah at the register was lovely, and Chanel, the manager, checked on us personally and one of the workers even delivered our food to the table. A great experience overall.
Crazy lady yelling in the drivethru. Never going back here.
