Last time I ordered 1 lunch trio + 1 uncle burger without tomatoes lettuce, mayo + 1 chicken burger without tomatoes lettuce mayo and a slice...! : all had tomatoes ? no mayo ... in addition the puck was burnt solid and the coffee in the trio had no cremette or sachet of sugar or brewer for coffee.... really a restaurant that I do not recommend... even if you're starving...definitely eat somewhere else. ?

Disastrous service! 15 minutes of waiting to place an order with only 2 people in front - 40 minutes of waiting for 3 burgers - If we had not revised our order we would have left without the sauce or the drink... When we informed the waitress, no excuses , no one is sorry... It's a shame because it's the minimum in customer service.

took 20 minutes from when i arrived at the cashier to make my beyond meat burger .... place was empty but they seemed to not care. i asked about my in app purchase and she said she had it.... but for some reason the kitchen didnt get the order. took 20 minutes until my burger was prepared and given to me .... NO ONE ELSE (except one guy) was there to order. THREE staff were standing around. This was around 3:50 pm on a Saturday.... it was quiet and they DID NOT CARE.... they apologized (sort of) that it was taking so long. Look, after 15 min i dont want it. After 20 minutes I expect the burger, my money back and a free burger coupon for the next time i visit. If I could put zero, I would!! Door dash command. Complaint made at door dash. Called the restaurant to tell them to be careful with mistakes, a super nice call at the base.. the manager insisted that there couldn't be an error, that it was she who had made the order.. unfortunately for her, we dissected the order with the delivery man & even he noticed that things were missing.. beverage & main meat in the sandwich! I only called to tell them to be careful & they answered with arrogance & hung up the line on me!! She tells me you just have to order from another a&w!! Unfortunately with Door Dash, we are not the ones who decide in which restaurant the order is placed!
