Very nice improvement since 2024. The owner is on site and is working to ensure that everything goes well for the customers. I gave a 5* for the service but that’s because I asked to change waitresses. The boss assured me to follow up on the behavior of our first waitress.

I ate in your restaurant last Saturday January 4th. I would like to congratulate the staff, we were a group of 16 people, everyone was served at the same time, the plates were hot and delicious, the service was courteous. We really enjoyed our meal. I recommend

A great, beautiful, warm place! The meals are delicious with generous portions. The place is very welcoming and the service is excellent.

There are two of us. Big eaters and we get full pretty quickly. The coffee is excellent. This is one of the places I recommend the most in Drummondville

I knew Ben & Florentine in Drummondville before/during and after Covid.

Unfortunately for them, in my opinion, they are among the restaurants that have lost some.

Went for lunch, service was average, but I kinda blame Thanksgiving for that.

The biggest problem is that we waited almost two hours to eat and pay the bill. While other customers arrived after us, ate, paid and left before us. Only the meal (for two people) took 1 hour and we were about to give up and leave when we saw several other tables being served even though we had ordered before.

Other than that, I received a plate that clearly spent a good amount of time under the stove. I quickly noticed this because I had the impression that my grapes were cooked, my smoked salmon (supposedly cold) was hot and the bread was dry.

In addition, the plates themselves are much less tempting and portioned than the photos. I know the photos are there to "flash" and it's just an example, but to cut out portions of almost ⅔ of the original photo is just sad.

I don't give a negative rating only because of Thanksgiving, but I also know that holidays do not forgive everything.

It was a restaurant that I particularly liked in Drummondville, but I think it's the end for me unfortunately.

The service was VERY long. Once the plates arrived, mine was cold, my partner's fruit was hot, and our daughter's order was wrong. The waitress was nice and cooperative but the kitchen work was very obviously not good!
