I give 0 sarts if there was any. Me and boyfriend went in on Friday evening around 8.30 pm. We called in advance to make sure we made reservations for a banquette on the bar side! We use to always be regulars there until this blonde haired girl waitress and the new soo called gerante!! They were both rude not the first time it happens with us neither. Last time as well I can say more about this but it would end up being a book in the end....... I don't recommend it

Very disappointing experience in this pizzeria. Mrs. Dubois S. , our waitress, was remarkably cold from the start. She showed no friendliness or attention throughout the meal. The atmosphere was heavy, and it was clear that she had no desire to make our visit pleasant.
But the worst happened when it was time to pay. By mistake we left $40 too much thinking the tip was covered. Instead of telling us, she simply said “thank you, goodbye” and pocketed the excess without a word. This lack of honesty is unacceptable for an establishment that claims to be welcoming.
The pizza was okay, but such deplorable service makes you not want to come back. I strongly advise against this restaurant if you are looking for a pleasant atmosphere and service worthy of the name.

Took the 10$ pizza only offered on Mondays to save a bit, the waitress asked me if I wanted fries with it, I didn't expect to pay 10 bucks for a bunch of fries thrown in a separate plate, they weren't even completely warm. How can a side of fries be the same price as the main meal??? Also the 4$ price for a single glass of 7up. What happened to this place?

Reservation by telephone and reception #1. But when we sat down, the service wasn't great. No utensils, no water, the waitress who never comes, no smiles. We were a group of 8 and there was a problem with almost every dish (no sauce in the pizza, no sauce in the nachos, cold spaghetti from the fridge).
Dietary restrictions: Pizza with cauliflower dough available (gluten-free)
Worst experience ever! We waited 1 hour 15 minutes before being served even though the restaurant was almost empty! People who arrived after us were served well before us! And all they offered us as compensation was $4 desserts that we didn't want! The waitress was not present despite the lack of customers...this is totally unacceptable! Also the women's toilets smelled really bad...never go there...

Never been disappointed with any of our visits here. Excellent service tonight from Raphael who went all out to make us feel welcome. Food was amazing as always, I highly recommend the smoked meat pizza. We always go here during our stopovers between Ontario and New Brunswick. We will be back.

First experience at Boston Pizza of my life and above all the best service of my life with the waitress Élodie who was incredibly authentic and charismatic and who gave us an exceptionally exemplary and grandiose service especially since we made her make at least 20 trips. back in addition to bombarding him with questions, which honestly, really weren't necessary. In short, I wish you an experience like this because if we return to Boston Pizza it will be one to experience again.
