Horrible, one of the worst experiences, the waitress (an old lady) doesn’t know how to treat people, she confused my order because she really didn’t care about it, I am vegetarian and I specifically ordered a vegetarian dish, she gave me an Alfredo with Chicken, the chicken didn’t even taste like that so I though it was one of the cheese of my dish, I was not sure about it, but the waitress didn’t care when I was calling her, my parents tried and idk why the chicken didn’t taste like chichekn, I didn’t finish my plate and asked to take out, when the check came I figured out that my plate was more expensive than I tought and realized that she gave me the Alfredo with chicken instead with mushrooms and spinach. Honestly she was a horrible person that when I told her she didn’t even care about me and my reasons being vegetarian, after some other staff came they tried to help, I am still very mad and still thinking on suing the restaurant because is an error from the waitress and her bad attitude with the customers, at the end they just discounted my plate from my check.

I ordered a pizza from the child menu. I guess they didn’t give enough attention to the order details and forgot to put the green peppers and chicken on the pizza while it cooked. Instead of making another one they just threw the raw green peppers and the pieces of preccooked chicken on top of it. Taste like whole stale pizza without any sauce.

One of the young ladies was busy putting her hair in a ponytail near our table, then later coughed in her hand and continued on with her job, not washing her hands for either incident. Our waitress was a cutie, we were laughing and having a great time, but still had our meal nice and hot. The food was good, but the bathrooms were awkward for the handicapped. A handle on the bathroom door that pulls outward. The door was too tall and too low for me, if I were in the wheelchair, it would have been impossible. The baby table was down and smelled to high heaven. It isn't the place for a change table, it is hard enough to have to wait for someone to do a quick pee but having to wait for a change seems terrible especially for us handicap who has bladder/bowel issues due to the handicap.

I give 0 sarts if there was any. Me and boyfriend went in on Friday evening around 8.30 pm. We called in advance to make sure we made reservations for a banquette on the bar side! We use to always be regulars there until this blonde haired girl waitress and the new soo called gerante!! They were both rude not the first time it happens with us neither. Last time as well I can say more about this but it would end up being a book in the end....... I don't recommend it
I brought a group of 48 people there and I must say the service impressed me! Efficient, fast and error-free!

Very disappointing experience in this pizzeria. Mrs. Dubois S. , our waitress, was remarkably cold from the start. She showed no friendliness or attention throughout the meal. The atmosphere was heavy, and it was clear that she had no desire to make our visit pleasant.
But the worst happened when it was time to pay. By mistake we left $40 too much thinking the tip was covered. Instead of telling us, she simply said “thank you, goodbye” and pocketed the excess without a word. This lack of honesty is unacceptable for an establishment that claims to be welcoming.
The pizza was okay, but such deplorable service makes you not want to come back. I strongly advise against this restaurant if you are looking for a pleasant atmosphere and service worthy of the name.

Took the 10$ pizza only offered on Mondays to save a bit, the waitress asked me if I wanted fries with it, I didn't expect to pay 10 bucks for a bunch of fries thrown in a separate plate, they weren't even completely warm. How can a side of fries be the same price as the main meal??? Also the 4$ price for a single glass of 7up. What happened to this place?
