The two ladies who run the shop during the week are why this location is the best in Quebec - the food and coffee are always excellent and the customer service as well. Those two are absolute rockstars and keep my wife and I coming back every time we visit Drummondville!

The place is fine as well as the food. However, every time I've come in, there has only been one person serving customers! In such a large cafe there should be at least 2 people serving. One time I waited for my coffee for 15 minutes because there was only one person serving customers and it was 4 in the afternoon!

The coffee is good but the waitress who served in the evening on Saturday November 16, 2024 treated us like thieves just for a bottle of juice (I took it with my lunch, I took it from my bag for my friend who doesn't want to drink coffee!) We asked to check the cameras, she refused and insisted that it wasn't paid for! She speaks in a very unfriendly manner and said to us, turning her back, I hope you are honest! She let me talk to myself. Disappointed for my first visit but despite that the space is very well organized and bright I liked it, the coffee is delicious but next time if it happens again I would like to speak with a manager.

We are a group of friends, my friends had coffee and we sat down to chat like all the rest of the people. I take my juice from my bag because I can't digest caffeine, the waitress comes to see me to tell me to pay for my juice, I explain that the juice belongs to me and that she can check the surveillance cameras if this answer does not suit her, the latter answers me and I quote: “I hope you are honest, and I am sure you did not pay that.” I find this to be degrading behavior for customers, especially in the presence of other people, as well as racist given my origins, this is inaccessible given current conditions!

Went in to get a coffee and oatmeal cookies before checking into hotel on Oct 30th approx 630pm. There was a young girl serving. The customer ahead of me ordered and used her debit. The server said oh it did not go thru, she tried again and it beeped but nothing. The server came back and said something, I said sorry I did not understand. Her reply was oh..you speak English. Then said I hit the machine with my card. I absolutely did not as I had not even ordered. She then says yes you did I hear the beep. Then says oh now I have to get my manager... I said to the customer why would I use my card before ordering. I left the cookies and left. We go thru Drummondville quite a bit and will never use Van Houtte.

In general I like this place but today when I arrived at 12:20 p.m. order a coffee the guy at the cash register told me to take the girl behind people who haven't even chosen their sandwich yet, I find that illogical because I I was ready to order. In any case I would return to this place but I wanted to notify the owner of this gesture which I did not like. THANKS
