The two ladies who run the shop during the week are why this location is the best in Quebec - the food and coffee are always excellent and the customer service as well. Those two are absolute rockstars and keep my wife and I coming back every time we visit Drummondville!
The coffee is good but the waitress who served in the evening on Saturday November 16, 2024 treated us like thieves just for a bottle of juice (I took it with my lunch, I took it from my bag for my friend who doesn't want to drink coffee!) We asked to check the cameras, she refused and insisted that it wasn't paid for! She speaks in a very unfriendly manner and said to us, turning her back, I hope you are honest! She let me talk to myself. Disappointed for my first visit...
I was served Friday evening at 5 p.m. September 27 by a very polite young man. I didn't really know what to take, I wanted something refreshing and not too sugary, he advised me very well.
