Pulled into an empty parking lot ariund 730 or 8pm. Had a 25 foot trailer on and stopped for a bite to eat after 10 hours of driving. A short lady with tattoo on her neck came out screaming at us saying we couldn't park there because we were taking up spots for all the other customers. All we wanted to do is grab a burger and head back out on the road. I will say again NO ONE was in the parking lot! We moved to the far side of the parking lot more out of the way. Went into the store and she started yelling at us in front of all the staff, she refused to serve us and told us to leave. We are not fluent in French and I swear because the plates were ontario and clearly we didnt speak a lot of French. She just came out of the gate being ignorant and rude. There were 6 of us in total looking to get a bite to eat we took our money down the road to another establishment that didn't treat us like garbage. I am reading other reviews that this woman has been an issue to other English speaking customers. She needs to be retrained on how to treat people with respect. When she was yelling at us in the restaurant her staff looked nervous and wasn't sure what to say! Harvey's Do Better! You are fast food not a 5 star dine in steakhouse!

If you look up little French hobbit in the dictionary you'll a picture of the lady behind the counter.. I have never experienced such horrible customer service.. so bad in fact we all left (8 of us) and went down the road to Wendys. If your ever in Kbec avoid this Harvey's.

Was there sat August 9th at 6:30 pm.
I asked if the short older woman could speak English and she could not so I ordered in French. It's not great French but worked for me for 8 days in QB. She couldn't understand me at all. So we tried to order by numbers ... She pretended not to understand that either.
Finally I asked for the most sr person there and then ordered our burger and salad ... Even when she filled my diet Pepsi - she filled it 2/3 full. Horrible.
I totally respect speaking in French but she could have tried and be friendlier. Harvey's should do something!!
Burger was great! Thankfully a friendly person did the toppings.
Oh and no one was in the restaurant!!!

An old lady taking the order was super rude was yelling cuss words in french tabarnak and all towards employees and even though we were giving order in french she still had some problem with me as it was the worst service i ever got at any restaurant. It was obvious that she was a manager and everyone else working was a teenager scared of saying anything to her. If you dont like your job dont ruin others day as well as your coworkers. It was around 1pm on sunday, august 17th. Just cant describe how horrible the experience was just ruined whole day of our vacation
Étant client depuis un certain temps déjà, vous avez engagé une nouvelle employée tout ce que je sais c’est qu’elle est petite et les cheveux blond, bref elle incarne le professionnalisme et l’expérience du service à la clientèle qu’Harvey’s Drummondville avait besoin !!!! Excellent choix et allez essayer son service vous saurez le reconnaître de très loin !!!!
