Première fois pour moi! WoW 🤩 Dégustation de plusieurs entrées; huîtres, calmars, carpaccio de bœuf, crevettes pas Loulou, tartare de betteraves… un délice et service impeccable!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Je recommande!
Excellent restaurant ! The menu offers lots of great choices. I chose their special of the day (mussels with cream and bacon sauce) which was fabulous.

During our dinner, we were seated at the counter facing the kitchen.
At several times, we witnessed very disrespectful situations towards a young employee who was very dedicated & hardworking. On several occasions, the leader yelled at him, shouting at him to “get out of his way”, even though he seemed in control.
At one point, the employee asked the chef if he should get ahead of a certain plate and was yelled at to stop bothering the chef.
Subsequently, he was criticized for not taking the lead even though he had just been asked to keep quiet.
Hats off to the young man who kept his calm, stayed focused on his tasks and remained polite to his employer by answering “yes boss” every time!
In closing, 2 close friends got food poisoning in the last few months.
Given the blatant lack of respect towards its employees, added to the 2 food poisonings, it is clear that we will not return.
Hoping that this message can go a long way and allow the chef to review his way of managing his employees, which creates a rather toxic climate in the kitchen.
Entrée de calmars beaucoup trop cuits, difficile à mâcher. Entrée de brie bonne. Pétoncles visqueuses et difficile à couper, selon la serveuse c’est normal, mais la sauce était très bonne. Tartare de bœuf avec beaucoup trop de tomates séchées vraiment pas bon.le tartare de saumon était meilleur. Donc, en général, très décevant comme nourriture.

The service was impeccable. I had the biased pork cheek which was excellent but too little for the price. My wife had the flank steak poutine. Very little flank steak and the sauce was pasty and too thick. Very disappointed with the food.

I didn't like it. the way you present your plates, everything is mixed together, the shrimp coated in sauce and the scallops not cooked enough, and our friend his shrimp were overcooked, my husband his Szechuan chicken was overcooked the breading was dry and the sauce was not edible it tasted like molasses, carrot and cabbage salad no dressing. It was my birthday and they brought me a very hard little cake, I couldn't cut it with my spoon. The escargot starter the bread underneath was very hard I am very disappointed, I don't think I will return to your restaurant

We came for a romantic dinner and it was FANTASTIC!
We ate the Mexican tuna tartare and the prime rib of beef: it was incredibly good!!
Great service, the waitress was friendly and attentive.
I highly recommend for a good meal, the cuisine is sublime. We will definitely come back, well done Garnements!
