Misunderstanding English lead to mistaken order and delays

Yesterday I ordered breadsticks with waffle fries and 2 ranch sauces. Nothing came as it should. Today I went back after work to speak to the manager. The manager, very competent and very understanding, immediately remade my order. The service to redo it was impeccable. Thank you very much to Pizza Hut for fixing your mistakes!!! Happy customer!!!

Ordered vegetarian pizza but was served with non-veg pizza , the pepperoni was inside the pizza we couldn't see it and had to remove pepperoni from inside didn't ate the pizza properly

The Manager was very patient and gave great recommendations, we enjoyed our visit and pizza was great as well. Great Customer Service, highly recommend stop on way to Old Quebec City 👍

I had a very disappointing experience at Pizza hut.The food was absolutely horrible—overly oily and lacking any real flavor. It felt like no care went into the preparation, and it left us feeling unsatisfied and uncomfortable.

To make matters worse, the person who took our order was unprofessional and inattentive. They seemed uninterested in helping us, which added to the overall negative experience.

I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. There are far better options where you can find good food and respectful service.

Wow, fast and good service.

After 1 hour of waiting for my order I called the restaurant. I was put on hold for 10 minutes then they hung up!!

I went to pick up my pizza, and noticed that two teenagers were preparing the pizzas while using their cell phones in their hands with gloves on. I found it unsanitary, and what's more, the pizza was undercooked.

I ordered 4 medium pizzas and only received 3 delivered. Impossible to reach the restaurant afterwards. They were on hold and hung up after a few minutes.

Really horrible, we threw away our money, the hand-stretched dough looks like nothing, very little tomato sauce and very little cheese, the mushroom and pepper pizza not well cooked, it tastes like raw dough, really very bad experience , I do not recommend at all, money thrown out the window

It's one of the greatest pizzas I ever has. The environment was good, and the staff was very helpful and bilingual.
