Thanks to Myriam for her great energy and good service this Sunday evening. I had been disappointed with my last experiences in another St-Hubert restaurant in Estrie, but the teamwork was very present this evening and very appreciated!

We loved our experience. Me and my husband had Rosalie as our waitress. Very sweet, caring and helpful. It was late October and the restaurant was decorated for Halloween. It was impressive! It was better decorated than the one in Montreal, the owner is definitely passionate and resourceful. An excellent evening and as delicious as ever, a national pride!

Nous avons été servis par serveuse aux cheveux noirs et tatous , côté bar avec aucun sourire elle nous a fait presque sentir de trop, elle avait hâte qu’on quitte. En plus, nous aurions voulu un dessert et la facture est arrivé avant. Finalement, elle avait une attitude désagréable. Tout de même le décor et la nourriture était excellent.

Service de livraison avec près de 30 minutes de retard. Nourriture froide et sèches. Frites à peines cuites, froides, baignant dans l’huile. Erreurs de commande quant aux condiments. Retrouvé un morceau de cure-dent au centre de mon sandwich. Très déçue. C’était ma dernière commande chez St-Hubert. Pour le prix, ça ne vaut même pas une étoile.

The big problem in my opinion is with the reservation, we were not the only ones forgotten for 8 people, the people at reception did a good job finding places, let's just say there was a lack of supervision.

Very nice Halloween atmosphere, thank you for the great evening!!

The service staff (at least the waiter we had) was very nice considering how understaffed the place seemed. It was absolutely packed for the Halloween theme. Many things were no longer available on the menu and we often waited a long time to hear things didn't exist anymore. The entire table waiting well over an hour because one meal didn't exist anymore, so no ones meal got processed. Again, really can't blame the waiters for this one. It's on management and organisation
